Claims (18)
1. Способ улучшения i) когнитивного развития, ii) поведенческой функций, iii) остроты зрения, iv) мелкой моторики у субъекта-человека путем введения питательной композиции, содержащей липиды, причем указанная питательная композиция содержит
а) 10-50% масс. растительных липидов на сухую массу композиции, и
b1) 0,5-20% масс. фосфолипидов от общей массы липидов, и/или
b2) 0,6-25% масс. полярных липидов от общей массы липидов,
где полярные липиды являются суммой фосфолипидов, гликосфинголипидов и холестерина,
и указанная композиция содержит липидные глобулы с ядром, включающим указанные растительные липиды, и покрытием, включающим указанные фосфолипиды или полярные липиды.
2. Способ по п. 1, где указанные липидные глобулы имеют:
1. взвешенный на объем модальный диаметр более 1,0 мкм, предпочтительно от 1,0 до 10 мкм, и/или
2. диаметр от 2 до 12 мкм в количестве по меньшей мере 45, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере 55 объемных % от общего объема липидов.
3. Способ по п. 1, где композиция содержит n3 LC-PUFA в количестве по меньшей мере 0,2% масс. от общего содержания жирных кислот, и оно не превышает 15% масс. от общего содержания жирных кислот.
4. Способ по п. 1, где композиция содержит DHA в количестве от 0,1 до 0,6% масс. от общего содержания жирных кислот.
5. Способ по п. 1, где композиция содержит n6 LC-PUFA в количестве по меньшей мере 0,02% масс. от общего содержания жирных кислот, и оно не превышает 5% масс. общего содержания жирных кислот.
6. Способ по п. 1, где композиция содержит ARA в количестве от 0,1 до 0,6% масс. от общего содержания жирных кислот.
7. Способ по п. 1, где питательная композиция содержит линолевую кислоту (LA) и альфа-линоленовую кислоту (ALA) в массовом соотношении LA : ALA от 4 до 7.
8. Способ по п. 1, где фосфолипиды получают из молока.
9. Способ по п. 1, где композиция предназначена для кормления субъекта-человека в возрасте от 0 до 36 месяцев.
10. Способ по п. 1, где композиция представляет собой порошок, подходящий для получения жидкой композиции после восстановления водным раствором, предпочтительно водой.
11. Способ по п. 1, где улучшенное когнитивное развитие представляет собой улучшенное развитие обучения и памяти.
