Abstract
1. Компоновка привода для механического транспортного средства с гибридным приводом, имеющим двигатель внутреннего сгорания и по меньшей мере одну электрическую машину, которые через коробку переключения передач, имеющую несколько передаточных отношений, поочередно или совместно подают выходную приводную мощность по меньшей мере к одному дифференциалу моста механического транспортного средства, причем двигатель внутреннего сгорания выполнен с возможностью отсоединения посредством разъединяющего сцепления, отличающаяся тем, что коробка переключения передач разделена на две частичные коробки (3, 4) переключения передач, и предпочтительно, на такие две частичные коробки (3, 4) переключения передач, каждая из которых имеет по меньшей мере два передаточных отношения, причем двигатель (2) внутреннего сгорания присоединен для привода к первой частичной коробке (3) переключения передач, то есть таким образом, что он не может быть отсоединен, и причем электрическая машина (6) также размещена на линии, вдоль которой передается сила, ниже по потоку от разъединяющего сцепления (5), размещенного на выходе (8) первой частичной коробки (3) переключения передач, но выше по потоку от второй частичной коробки (4) переключения передач, а выход (11) второй частичной коробки (4) переключения передач подает выходную приводную мощность к дифференциалу (7) моста.2. Компоновка привода по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что передаточные отношения двух частичных коробок (3, 4) переключения передач выполнены таким образом, что двигатель (2) внутреннего сгорания и по меньшей мере одна электрическая машина (6) достигают их предварительно установленных максимальных скоростей при заданной высшей
Claims (13)
1. Компоновка привода для механического транспортного средства с гибридным приводом, имеющим двигатель внутреннего сгорания и по меньшей мере одну электрическую машину, которые через коробку переключения передач, имеющую несколько передаточных отношений, поочередно или совместно подают выходную приводную мощность по меньшей мере к одному дифференциалу моста механического транспортного средства, причем двигатель внутреннего сгорания выполнен с возможностью отсоединения посредством разъединяющего сцепления, отличающаяся тем, что коробка переключения передач разделена на две частичные коробки (3, 4) переключения передач, и предпочтительно, на такие две частичные коробки (3, 4) переключения передач, каждая из которых имеет по меньшей мере два передаточных отношения, причем двигатель (2) внутреннего сгорания присоединен для привода к первой частичной коробке (3) переключения передач, то есть таким образом, что он не может быть отсоединен, и причем электрическая машина (6) также размещена на линии, вдоль которой передается сила, ниже по потоку от разъединяющего сцепления (5), размещенного на выходе (8) первой частичной коробки (3) переключения передач, но выше по потоку от второй частичной коробки (4) переключения передач, а выход (11) второй частичной коробки (4) переключения передач подает выходную приводную мощность к дифференциалу (7) моста.
2. Компоновка привода по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что передаточные отношения двух частичных коробок (3, 4) переключения передач выполнены таким образом, что двигатель (2) внутреннего сгорания и по меньшей мере одна электрическая машина (6) достигают их предварительно установленных максимальных скоростей при заданной высшей скорости транспортного средства.
3. Компоновка привода по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что передаточное отношение второй частичной коробки (4) переключения передач может быть изменено от 1:1 на передаточное отношение, которое отличается от него.
4. Компоновка привода по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что вторая частичная коробка (4) переключения передач является планетарной коробкой переключения передач.
5. Компоновка привода по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первая частичная коробка (3) переключения передач имеет передачу заднего хода.
6. Компоновка привода по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что первая частичная коробка (3) переключения передач имеет, по меньшей мере, половину имеющихся прямых передач или ровно половину имеющихся прямых передач и/или три или более прямых передач, и в соединении со второй частичной коробкой (4) переключения передач получается или предварительно устанавливается заданный диапазон регулирования передаточных отношений, и, прежде всего, первая частичная коробка (3) переключения передач в соединении со второй частичной коробкой (4) переключения передач получает диапазон регулирования >4.
7. Компоновка привода по одному из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что при приводе двигателем внутреннего сгорания и при гибридном приводе вторая частичная коробка (4) переключения передач изменяет свою передачу, по меньшей мере, в зависимости от передачи, на которую включена первая частичная коробка (3) переключения передач, а при приводе электрическим двигателем изменяет свою передачу в зависимости от скорости механического транспортного средства.
8. Компоновка привода по одному из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что второй дифференциал (13) моста механического транспортного средства для получения полного привода также может быть приведен в действие посредством, по меньшей мере, второй электрической машины (6), причем эта электрическая машина (6) соединена с дифференциалом (13) моста через частичную коробку (4) переключения передач, которая, предпочтительно, идентична по конструкции первой электрической машине (6), и которая имеет несколько передаточных отношений, которые могут быть переключены.
9. Компоновка привода по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что второй дифференциал (13) моста механического транспортного средства для получения полного привода также может быть приведен в действие посредством, по меньшей мере, второй электрической машины (6), причем эта электрическая машина (6) соединена с дифференциалом (13) моста через частичную коробку (4) переключения передач, которая, предпочтительно, идентична по конструкции первой электрической машине (6), и которая имеет несколько передаточных отношений, которые могут быть переключены.
10. Компоновка привода по п. 7, отличающаяся тем, что частичная коробка (4) переключения передач дифференциала (13) моста, который имеет дополнительный электрический привод, может быть переключена в зависимости от скорости механического транспортного средства и/или в синхронизации со второй частичной коробкой (4) переключения передач, принадлежащей другому дифференциалу (7) моста.
11. Компоновка привода по одному из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что когда механическое транспортное средство находится в полноприводном режиме, и тяговая батарея находится в состоянии заряда, заданном как предельное, электрическая машина (6), присоединенная к двигателю внутреннего сгорания, подсоединена в качестве генератора.

Компоновка привода по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что когда механическое транспортное средство находится в полноприводном режиме, и тяговая батарея находится в состоянии заряда, заданном как предельное, электрическая машина (6), присоединенная к двигателю внутреннего сгорания, подсоединена в качестве генератора.
13. Компоновка привода по одному из пп. 1-6, отличающаяся тем, что на втором, электрически приводимом ведущем мосте механического транспортного средства размещены две электрические машины (6), которые раздельно и без дифференциала (13) прямо или опосредованно подают выходную приводную мощность к ведущим валам (14), соединенным с колесами ведущего моста.
