Abstract
Description
本発明は、構造的なコストと複雑さを軽減して、自動車、内燃機関、及び効率が良い速度範囲で操作される少なくとも1個の電気機械において、高速範囲をカバーできるハイブリッド駆動装置を提案することを目的とする。
電気機械6は、例えばハイブリッド駆動として公知の三相機械(図示せず)であって、連続駆動シャフト9にロータを有し、ハウジングに固定されるステータを有する。そして電気機械6は、自由に若しくは非動力で回転するために、または自動車のトラクションバッテリに電流を供給するジェネレータとして動作するために、電子制御装置(図示せず)を介して駆動モータとして接続可能である。
特に、図1に示される後輪駆動ではなく、駆動装置1、1´は、サブユニットを逆の順番で配置して内燃機関駆動モードにおいて前輪駆動の態様をとることも可能である。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関と、
複数のギア比を有する変速ギアボックスを介して、自動車の少なくとも1個のアクスルディファレンシャルへ、交代で又は同時に出力駆動を提供する少なくとも1個の電気機械とを有し、
前記内燃機関は、切断クラッチによって分離可能であるハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置において、
前記ギアボックスは、2個のサブギアボックス(3、4)に分割され、
2個のサブギアボックス(3、4)は、それぞれ少なくとも2つのギア比を有し、
内燃機関(2)は、駆動のために第一サブギアボックス(3)と分離不能に接続され、
電気機械(6)は、動力が伝達される経路において、第一サブギアボックス(3)の出力(8)に配置される切断クラッチ(5)の下流側であって、第二サブギアボックス(4)の上流側に配置され、
第二サブギアボックス(4)の出力(11)は、アクスルディファレンシャル(7)に出力駆動を提供する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 2個のサブギアボックス(3、4)のギア比は、内燃機関(2)及び少なくとも1個の電気機械(6)がその既定最大速度を自動車の規定の最終速度に到達させるように設計される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 第二サブギアボックス(4)は、1:1のトランスミッションから、それと異なるギア比へと切替可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 第二サブギアボックス(4)は、プラネタリーギアボックスである
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 第一サブギアボックス(3)は、リバースギアを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 第一サブギアボックス(3)は、フォワードギアの少なくとも半分、及び/又は3個以上のフォワードギアを有し、第二サブギアボックス(4)と共同して、規定のギア比の数が得られ、又は設定され、
第一サブギアボックス(3)は、第二サブギアボックス(4)と共同して4つよりも大きいギア比の数を得る
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 第二サブギアボックス(4)のギアは、内燃機関による駆動及びハイブリッド駆動においては、少なくとも第一サブギアボックスのギアに関連して切り替えられ、電気モータによる駆動においては、少なくとも自動車の速度に関連して切り替えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 全輪駆動を得るために、少なくとも第二電気機械(6)によって、自動車の第二アクスルディファレンシャル(13)も駆動され、
この電気機械(6)は、構造が第一電気機械(6)と同一であって切替可能な複数のギア比を有するサブギアボックス(4)を介して、アクスルディファレンシャル(13)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 追加の電気駆動を有するアクスルディファレンシャル(13)のサブギアボックス(4)は、自動車の速度に関連して切り替えられ、及び/又は他のアクスルディファレンシャル(7)に属する第二サブギアボックス(4)と同期して切り替えられる
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 自動車が全輪駆動モードであって、トラクションバッテリが限界充電状態である場合、内燃機関(2)に接続される電気機械(6)は、ジェネレータとして接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。 - 自動車の第二電気駆動アクスルについて、2個の電気機械(6)が、独立して、ディファレンシャル(13)が無く直接的に又は間接的に、駆動アクスルの車輪に接続される駆動シャフト(14)へ駆動出力を提供するように配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10に記載のハイブリッド駆動自動車用駆動装置。
