Abstract

1. Способ формования пенопластовых материалов, отличающийся тем, что под пенопластовым материалом подразумевают полиуретан с высокой степенью сшивания, полипропилен или поли(мет)акрилимид, причем способ включает следующие технологические стадии:a) при необходимости формирование композитной многослойной конструкции из покрывных материалов и уложенной между ними пенопластовой сердцевины,b) нагревание пенопластового материала посредством облучения инфракрасным излучением с длиной волн от 0,78 до 1,40 мкм, соответствующей ближней инфракрасной области,c) формование посредством формующей прессформы,d) охлаждение и извлечение готового изделия.2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нагревание и формование выполняют в двух отдельных прессформах, причем способ включает следующие технологические стадии:а) при необходимости формирование композитной многослойной конструкции из покрывных материалов и уложенной между ними пенопластовой сердцевины,b1) введение указанных слоев в зону действия нагревающих полей термоформовочной машины,b2) нагревание пенопластового материала посредством его облучения инфракрасным излучением с длиной волн от 0,78 до 1,40 мкм, соответствующей ближней инфракрасной области,c1) перемещение пенопластового материала в формующую прессформу,c2) формование посредством прессформы иd) охлаждение и извлечение готового изделия.3. Claims (11)

1. Способ формования пенопластовых материалов, отличающийся тем, что под пенопластовым материалом подразумевают полиуретан с высокой степенью сшивания, полипропилен или поли(мет)акрилимид, причем способ включает следующие технологические стадии:
a) при необходимости формирование композитной многослойной конструкции из покрывных материалов и уложенной между ними пенопластовой сердцевины,
b) нагревание пенопластового материала посредством облучения инфракрасным излучением с длиной волн от 0,78 до 1,40 мкм, соответствующей ближней инфракрасной области,
c) формование посредством формующей прессформы,
d) охлаждение и извлечение готового изделия.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нагревание и формование выполняют в двух отдельных прессформах, причем способ включает следующие технологические стадии:
а) при необходимости формирование композитной многослойной конструкции из покрывных материалов и уложенной между ними пенопластовой сердцевины,
b1) введение указанных слоев в зону действия нагревающих полей термоформовочной машины,
b2) нагревание пенопластового материала посредством его облучения инфракрасным излучением с длиной волн от 0,78 до 1,40 мкм, соответствующей ближней инфракрасной области,
c1) перемещение пенопластового материала в формующую прессформу,
c2) формование посредством прессформы и
d) охлаждение и извлечение готового изделия.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нагревание и формование выполняют в прессформе, причем способ включает следующие технологические стадии:
а) при необходимости формирование композитной многослойной конструкции из покрывных материалов и уложенной между ними пенопластовой сердцевины,
b1) введение указанных слоев в прессформу с удаляемым нагревающим полем,
b2) нагревание пенопластового материала посредством его облучения инфракрасным излучением с длиной волн от 0,78 до 1,40 мкм, соответствующей ближней инфракрасной области,
c1) удаление нагрева из рабочей зоны прессформы,
c2) формование посредством прессформы и
d) охлаждение и извлечение готового изделия.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что под технологической стадией d) подразумевают стадию вакуумного формования.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пенопластовым материалом является поли(мет)акрилимидный пенопласт.
6. Способ по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что на технологической стадии d) обеспечивают локальное уплотнение пенопластового материала.
7. Способ по одному из пп. 1-5, отличающийся тем, что используют по меньшей мере две отдельные заготовки пенопластового материала, из которых на технологической стадии d) формуют полое тело.
8. Способ по п. 4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что непосредственно до или непосредственно после технологической стадии c) выполняют предварительное формование посредством сжатого воздуха.
9. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что на технологической стадии а) в качестве покровного материала используют армированный волокнами полимер.
10. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что на технологической стадии а) в качестве покровного материала используют армированный волокнами полимер.
11. Способ по п. 9 или 10, отличающийся тем, что полимером является полипропилен, полиэтилен, поликарбонат, поливинилхлорид, эпоксидная смола, изоцианатная смола, полиакрилат, сложный полиэфир или полиамид, а волокнистым материалом углеродные, стеклянные, полимерные или арамидные волокна.
