Abstract
1. Прошивная оправка, содержащая:- корпус оправки и- напыленное покрытие, образованное на поверхности корпуса оправки и содержащее железо и оксид железа,причем химический состав напыленного покрытия, помимо железа и оксида железа, включает (в масс.%):C: 0,015%-0,6%,Si: 0,05%-0,5%,Mn: 0,1%-1,0% иCu: 0-0,3%.2. Прошивная оправка по п. 1, причем содержание C в химическом составе напыленного покрытия составляет от 0,2% до 0,6%.3. Прошивная оправка по п. 1 или 2, причем содержание Cu в химическом составе напыленного покрытия составляет от 0,05% до 0,3%.4. Способ получения прошивной оправки, содержащей корпус оправки и напыленное покрытие, образованное на поверхности корпуса оправки, причем способ включает:- формирование напыленного покрытия на поверхности корпуса оправки путем дугового распыления тонкого стального прутка на поверхность корпуса оправки,причем химический состав тонкого стального прутка следующий (в масс.%):C: 0,05%-1,1%,Si: 0,4%-1,3%,Mn: 0,2%-2,0%,Cu: 0-0,5% иFe.5. Способ по п. 4, причем содержание C в химическом составе тонкого стального прутка составляет от 0,6% до 1,1%.6. Способ по п. 4 или 5, причем содержание Cu в химическом составе тонкого стального прутка составляет от 0,05% до 0,5%.
Claims (6)
1. Прошивная оправка, содержащая:
- корпус оправки и
- напыленное покрытие, образованное на поверхности корпуса оправки и содержащее железо и оксид железа,
причем химический состав напыленного покрытия, помимо железа и оксида железа, включает (в масс.%):
C: 0,015%-0,6%,
Si: 0,05%-0,5%,
Mn: 0,1%-1,0% и
Cu: 0-0,3%.
2. Прошивная оправка по п. 1, причем содержание C в химическом составе напыленного покрытия составляет от 0,2% до 0,6%.
3. Прошивная оправка по п. 1 или 2, причем содержание Cu в химическом составе напыленного покрытия составляет от 0,05% до 0,3%.
4. Способ получения прошивной оправки, содержащей корпус оправки и напыленное покрытие, образованное на поверхности корпуса оправки, причем способ включает:
- формирование напыленного покрытия на поверхности корпуса оправки путем дугового распыления тонкого стального прутка на поверхность корпуса оправки,
причем химический состав тонкого стального прутка следующий (в масс.%):
C: 0,05%-1,1%,
Si: 0,4%-1,3%,
Mn: 0,2%-2,0%,
Cu: 0-0,5% и
Fe.
5. Способ по п. 4, причем содержание C в химическом составе тонкого стального прутка составляет от 0,6% до 1,1%.
6. Способ по п. 4 или 5, причем содержание Cu в химическом составе тонкого стального прутка составляет от 0,05% до 0,5%.
