Abstract

1. Водный раствор алканоламина для удаления кислых газов, включающих в себя сероводород, из газовых смесей, содержащих сероводород, содержащий:(i) аминосоединение с формулой:RRNCHCH(OH)CHOH,где Rи Rнезависимо представляют метильную, этильную, пропильную и изопропильную группы, и(ii) пиперазин, при этом упомянутый водный раствор алканоламина не содержит кислоту, имеющую значение pKa, равное 8 или менее, или кислотообразующее вещество, способное образовывать в водной среде кислоту со значением pKa, равным 8 или менее.2. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, в котором:(i) аминосоединение представлено в количестве от 0,1 до 75 массовых процентов, и(ii) пиперазин представлен в количестве от 0,1 до 15 массовых процентов, при этом массовый процент берется в расчете на общую массу водного раствора алканоламина.3. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, в котором аминосоединение (i) является 3-(диметиламин)-1,2-пропандиолом или 3-(диэтиламин)-1,2-пропандиолом.4. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:(iii) физический растворитель.5. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 4, в котором физический растворитель (iii) выбран из группы, состоящей из: циклотетраметиленсульфона, диметиловых эфиров полиэтиленгликоля, 1,3-диметил-3,4,5,6-тетрагидро-2(1H)-пиримидинона, N-формилморфолина, N-ацетилморфолина, триэтиленгликольмонометилового эфира или их смесей.6. Способ удаления кислых газов из газовой смеси, содержащий этап, на котором приводят во взаимодействие газовую смесь с водным раствором алканоламина по любому из пп. 1-3.7. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором отгоняют с паром водный раствор алканоламина таким образом, что формируется водный раствор алканоламина с малым содержанием кислотного газа, который

Claims (8)

1. Водный раствор алканоламина для удаления кислых газов, включающих в себя сероводород, из газовых смесей, содержащих сероводород, содержащий:
(i) аминосоединение с формулой:
R1R2NCH2CH(OH)CH2OH,
где R1 и R2 независимо представляют метильную, этильную, пропильную и изопропильную группы, и
(ii) пиперазин, при этом упомянутый водный раствор алканоламина не содержит кислоту, имеющую значение pKa, равное 8 или менее, или кислотообразующее вещество, способное образовывать в водной среде кислоту со значением pKa, равным 8 или менее.
2. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, в котором:
(i) аминосоединение представлено в количестве от 0,1 до 75 массовых процентов, и
(ii) пиперазин представлен в количестве от 0,1 до 15 массовых процентов, при этом массовый процент берется в расчете на общую массу водного раствора алканоламина.
3. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, в котором аминосоединение (i) является 3-(диметиламин)-1,2-пропандиолом или 3-(диэтиламин)-1,2-пропандиолом.
4. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
(iii) физический растворитель.
5. Водный раствор алканоламина по п. 4, в котором физический растворитель (iii) выбран из группы, состоящей из: циклотетраметиленсульфона, диметиловых эфиров полиэтиленгликоля, 1,3-диметил-3,4,5,6-тетрагидро-2(1H)-пиримидинона, N-формилморфолина, N-ацетилморфолина, триэтиленгликольмонометилового эфира или их смесей.
6. Способ удаления кислых газов из газовой смеси, содержащий этап, на котором приводят во взаимодействие газовую смесь с водным раствором алканоламина по любому из пп. 1-3.
7. Способ по п. 6, дополнительно содержащий этап, на котором отгоняют с паром водный раствор алканоламина таким образом, что формируется водный раствор алканоламина с малым содержанием кислотного газа, который может быть использован на этапе приведения во взаимодействие.
8. Способ по п. 6, в котором температура водного раствора алканоламина равна или превышает 140°F.
