Abstract
1. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором внешняя окружная поверхность одного или более компонентов реактора расположена на расстоянии, по меньшей мере, от 0,25 до 10 мм от внешней трубы.4. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором проволочная проставка прикреплена к, по меньшей мере, одному из одного или более компонентов реактора.5. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором проволочная проставка имеет концевую часть, имеющую прямолинейный участок, при этом концевая часть проходит внутрь в, по меньшей мере, один компонент реактора через его внешнюю окружную поверхность.6. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором участок проволочной проставки, установленный между внешней трубой и внешней окружной поверхностью одного или более компонентов реактора, находится в непосредственном контакте с внешней трубой и одним или более компонентами реактора.7. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий кольцевую прокладку, установленную во внешней трубе, при этом проволочная проставка прикреплена к кольцевой прокладке.8. Claims (15)
1. Реактор, содержащий:
а) внешнюю трубу;
b) один или более компонентов реактора, при этом один или более компонентов реактора имеют внешнюю окружную поверхность, и один или более компонентов реактора установлены во внешней трубе;
с) проволочную проставку, участок которой установлен между внешней трубой и одним или более компонентами реактора для предотвращения соприкосновения одного или более компонентов реактора с внешней трубой.
2. Реактор по п. 1, в котором проволочная проставка имеет диаметр в диапазоне от 0,25 до 10 мм.
3. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором внешняя окружная поверхность одного или более компонентов реактора расположена на расстоянии, по меньшей мере, от 0,25 до 10 мм от внешней трубы.
4. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором проволочная проставка прикреплена к, по меньшей мере, одному из одного или более компонентов реактора.
5. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором проволочная проставка имеет концевую часть, имеющую прямолинейный участок, при этом концевая часть проходит внутрь в, по меньшей мере, один компонент реактора через его внешнюю окружную поверхность.
6. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, в котором участок проволочной проставки, установленный между внешней трубой и внешней окружной поверхностью одного или более компонентов реактора, находится в непосредственном контакте с внешней трубой и одним или более компонентами реактора.
7. Реактор по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащий кольцевую прокладку, установленную во внешней трубе, при этом проволочная проставка прикреплена к кольцевой прокладке.
8. Реактор по п. 7, в котором проволочная проставка имеет концевую часть, при этом концевая часть прикреплена к кольцевой прокладке.
9. Реактор по п. 8, в котором концевая часть проволочной проставки имеет крючок для прикрепления концевой части к кольцевой прокладке, при этом крючок концевой части проволочной проставки имеет угол изгиба в диапазоне от 70 до 180 градусов.
10. Реактор по п. 7, в котором кольцевая прокладка имеет отверстие для прикрепления проволочной проставки, при этом проволочная проставка имеет концевую часть, причем концевая часть проходит через отверстие в кольцевой прокладке для прикрепления проволочной проставки к кольцевой прокладке.
11. Реактор по п. 7, в котором проволочная проставка имеет крючок, образующий открытое установочное место, при этом кольцевая прокладка устанавливается в открытое установочное место крючка для закрепления проволочной проставки к кольцевой прокладке.
12. Проволочная проставка для использования в реакторе, содержащая:
металлическую проволоку, при этом металлическая проволока имеет участок, установленный между внешней трубой реактора и компонентом реактора так, что участок непосредственно касается внешней трубы и компонента реактора, а внешняя труба и компонент реактора не находятся в непосредственном контакте друг с другом;
металлическую проволоку, имеющую первую концевую часть и вторую концевую часть, при этом первая концевая часть и вторая концевая часть металлической проволоки прикреплены к компоненту реактора или кольцевой прокладке, установленным внутри внешней трубы.
13. Проволочная проставка по п. 12, в которой металлическая проволока имеет крючок, образующий открытое установочное место, при этом кольцевая прокладка устанавливается в открытое установочное место крючка для закрепления металлической проволоки к кольцевой прокладке.
14. Проволочная проставка по п. 12, в которой первая концевая часть металлической проволоки имеет крючок для прикрепления первой концевой части к кольцевой прокладке.
15. Проволочная проставка по п. 12, в которой компонент реактора имеет внешнюю диаметральную плоскость поверхности, при этом первая концевая часть металлической проволоки проходит внутрь в компонент реактора через его внешнюю окружную поверхность для прикрепления первой концевой части к компоненту реактора.
