Description
Claims (11)
- a)外側管と、
b)外周面を有し、前記外側管内に位置付けられる一又は複数の触媒支持部材と、
c)線状部材と、
d)前記外側管内に位置付けられるワッシャーと、
を含む反応器であって、前記線状部材が前記触媒支持部材の外径面の周囲又は前記ワッシャーの外径面の周囲に位置付けられ、前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材及び前記ワッシャーが前記外側管と接触することを防止するために、前記線状部材の中間部分が、前記外側管と前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材及び前記ワッシャーの間に位置付けられる、反応器。 - 前記線状部材が、0.25から10mmの範囲内の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材の前記外周面が、前記外側管から少なくとも0.25から10mm離間される、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材が、前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材のうちの少なくとも1つに固定される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材が、真っ直ぐな区間を有する端部を有し、前記端部が、前記少なくとも1つの触媒支持部材の内側に向かって、その外周面を通って延在する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材の前記中間部分が、前記外側管と前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材の前記外周面の間に位置し、前記外側管及び前記一又は複数の触媒支持部材と直接接触する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材が、前記ワッシャーに固定される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材が、前記ワッシャーに固定される端部を有する、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材の前記端部が、前記端部を前記ワッシャーに固定するためのフックを有し、前記線状部材の前記端部の前記フックが、70から180度の範囲内の屈曲角度を有する、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワッシャーが、前記線状部材を固定するための開口部を有し、前記線状部材が、前記線状部材を前記ワッシャーに固定するために前記ワッシャー内の前記開口部を通って延在する端部を有する、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記線状部材が、開口スロットを形成するフックを有し、前記ワッシャーが、前記線状部材を前記ワッシャーに固定するために、前記フックの前記開口スロット内に位置付けられる、請求項7に記載の反応器。
