Description
Claims (15)
- a)外側管と、
b)外周面を有し、前記外側管内に位置づけされる一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントと、
c)ワイヤースタンドオフであって、前記ワイヤースタンドオフの部分が、前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントが前記外側管と接触することを防止するために、前記外側管と前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントの間に位置づけされる、ワイヤースタンドオフと
を含む、反応器。 - 前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、0.25から10mmの範囲内の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントの前記外周面が、前記外側管から少なくとも0.25から10mm離間される、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントのうちの少なくとも1つに固定される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、ストレートセグメントを有する端部を有し、前記端部が、前記少なくとも1つの反応コンポーネントの内側に向かって、その外周面を通って延在する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフの前記部分が、前記外側管と前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントの前記外周面の間に位置し、前記外側管及び前記一又は複数の反応器コンポーネントと直接接触する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記外側管内に位置づけされるウォッシャーをさらに含み、前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、前記ウォッシャーに固定される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、前記ウォッシャーに固定される端部を有する、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフの前記端部が、前記端部を前記ウォッシャーに固定するためのフックを有し、前記ワイヤースタンドオフの前記端部の前記フックが、70から180度の範囲内の屈曲角度を有する、請求項8に記載の反応器。
- 前記ウォッシャーが、前記ワイヤースタンドオフを固定するための開口部を有し、前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、前記ワイヤースタンドオフを前記ウォッシャーに固定するために前記ウォッシャー内の前記開口部を通って延在する端部を有する、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記ワイヤースタンドオフが、開口スロットを形成するフックを有し、前記ウォッシャーが、前記ワイヤースタンドオフを前記ウォッシャーに固定するために、前記フックの前記開口スロット内に位置づけされる、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 金属ワイヤーであって、前記金属ワイヤーが、外側管と反応器の反応器コンポーネントの間に位置する部分を有し、それにより、前記部分が、前記外側管及び前記反応器コンポーネントと直接接触し、且つ前記外側管と前記反応器コンポーネントとは互いに接触せず、前記金属ワイヤーが、第1端部及び第2端部を有し、前記金属ワイヤーの前記第1端部及び前記第2端部が、前記反応器コンポーネント又は前記外側管の内側に位置するウォッシャーに固定される、金属ワイヤー
を含む、反応器において使用するワイヤースタンドオフ。 - 前記金属ワイヤーが、開口スロットを形成するフックを有し、前記ウォッシャーが、前記金属ワイヤーを前記ウォッシャーに固定するために、前記フックの前記開口スロット内に位置づけされる、請求項12に記載のワイヤースタンドオフ。
- 前記金属ワイヤーの前記第1端部が、前記第1端部を前記ウォッシャーに固定するためのフックを有する、請求項12に記載のワイヤースタンドオフ。
- 前記反応器コンポーネントが、外径表面を有し、前記金属ワイヤーの前記第1端部が、前記第1端部を前記反応器コンポーネントに固定するために、前記反応器コンポーネントの内側に向かって、その外周面を通って延在する、請求項12に記載のワイヤースタンドオフ。
