Description
Claims (15)
- 反応管の内部においてセンターロッドに沿って配置されたファンであって、流体の流れを方向づける径方向の流路を有し、前記反応管に接触するように前記流体の流れを前記径方向にガイドするファンを備え、
前記ファンは、上面と、底面と、外周面と、を有し、前記反応管に向き合う流路の開口を形成するように、前記径方向の流路は、前記外周面に沿って終端された反応装置。 - 前記センターロッドに沿って配置されたコアをさらに備えた請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記ファンは、波状のディスクであり、前記センターロッドを通す中央の開口部を有する請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記ファンの前記上面または前記底面に接し、内径と外径とを有するリング形状のワッシャをさらに備え、
前記ワッシャの前記外径は、前記ファンの外周面から外に向かって径方向に延出した請求項1記載の反応装置。 - 前記ワッシャは、その前記外径から外に向けて延在するスペーサタブをさらに有する請求項4記載の反応装置。
- 前記ワッシャまたは前記スペースタブは、前記反応管に接触し、前記ファンの外周面は、前記反応管に接触しない請求項4または5に記載の反応装置。
- 前記センターロッドに沿って配置された前記ファンを支持するベースプレートをさらに備え、
前記ベースプレートは、前記センターロッドから外向きに延出した請求項1記載の反応装置。 - 前記センターロッドは、上端と、下端と、前記上端または前記下端に設けられたシリンダ状のキャビティと、を有し、
前記キャビティは、別のセンターロッドの一部を受け入れる請求項1記載の反応装置。 - 前記ファンは、螺旋ファンである請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記螺旋ファンは、5から40度の傾斜角を有する請求項9記載の反応装置。
- 前記螺旋ファンは、螺旋ワッシャをさらに有し、
前記螺旋ワッシャは、前記螺旋ファンの外周面から外に向かって延出し、前記螺旋ワッシャの一部は、前記反応管に接触する請求項9記載の反応装置。 - 前記螺旋ファンの外周面は、前記反応管に接触せず、前記螺旋ワッシャは、前記螺旋ファンの外周面と、前記反応管と、の間に、少なくとも1mmのギャップを作り出す請求項11記載の反応装置。
- 前記ファンは、その外周に沿って延在するノッチを有し、前記ノッチは、前記ファンの外周面の周りに環状のチャネルである請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記ファンは、その外周面に1以上の突起部を有し、前記1以上の突起部のうちの1つは、ノッチを画し、前記1以上の突起部は、前記反応管に接触するクレーム13記載の反応装置。
- 上面と、底面と、円形の外周面と、を有し、反応管の内部に配置されたリアクタ部品と、
内径と、外径と、を有し、前記リアクタ部品の前記上面または前記底面に接し、前記リアクタ部品の前記円形の外周面を超えて外向きに径方向に延出したワッシャと、
を備え、
前記ワッシャの外径は、前記反応管に接触しない積み重ね可能な構造の反応装置。
