Abstract
1. Терапевтическое устройство, содержащее:терапевтический элемент, имеющий несколько мест инъекции для введения по меньшей мере одной инъекции препарата в ткань, причем каждое место инъекции из указанных нескольких мест инъекции соответствует заранее заданному месту на ткани для выполнения инъекции лекарственного средства в определенный момент времени,процессор, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе,нагревательный элемент, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе или смежно с ним, причем нагревательный элемент управляется процессором и электрически с ним соединен и выполнен с возможностью приложения тепла к ткани в указанном заранее заданном месте в течение заранее заданного периода времени по меньшей мере в одно время, выбранное из: до, во время и после введения лекарственного средства, с обеспечением нагревания ткани до заданной температуры, которая меньше заданной предельной температуры, идатчик температуры, электрически соединенный с процессором и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения сигнала, соответствующего температуре ткани, нагреваемой терапевтическим элементом,при этом:в зависимости от температуры ткани процессор стабилизирует нагрев ткани на заранее заданной температуре,приложение тепла нагревательным элементом улучшает фармакокинетические и/или фармакодинамические свойства лекарственного средства, итерапевтический элемент содержит одноразовую часть и многоразовую часть, при этом одноразовая часть содержит по меньшей мере один элемент идентификации, определяющий факт использования одноразовой части.2. Claims (19)
1. Терапевтическое устройство, содержащее:
терапевтический элемент, имеющий несколько мест инъекции для введения по меньшей мере одной инъекции препарата в ткань, причем каждое место инъекции из указанных нескольких мест инъекции соответствует заранее заданному месту на ткани для выполнения инъекции лекарственного средства в определенный момент времени,
процессор, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе,
нагревательный элемент, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе или смежно с ним, причем нагревательный элемент управляется процессором и электрически с ним соединен и выполнен с возможностью приложения тепла к ткани в указанном заранее заданном месте в течение заранее заданного периода времени по меньшей мере в одно время, выбранное из: до, во время и после введения лекарственного средства, с обеспечением нагревания ткани до заданной температуры, которая меньше заданной предельной температуры, и
датчик температуры, электрически соединенный с процессором и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения сигнала, соответствующего температуре ткани, нагреваемой терапевтическим элементом,
при этом:
в зависимости от температуры ткани процессор стабилизирует нагрев ткани на заранее заданной температуре,
приложение тепла нагревательным элементом улучшает фармакокинетические и/или фармакодинамические свойства лекарственного средства, и
терапевтический элемент содержит одноразовую часть и многоразовую часть, при этом одноразовая часть содержит по меньшей мере один элемент идентификации, определяющий факт использования одноразовой части.
2. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором многоразовая часть содержит указанный процессор, источник питания, соединенный с процессором и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения энергией устройства для приложения тепла хотя бы один раз, и указанный датчик температуры.
3. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 2, в котором датчик температуры выполнен с возможностью нахождения в температурном сообщении с по меньшей мере одним из следующего: нагреваемой тканью, окружающей заранее заданное место, и нагревательным элементом.
4. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором указанный по меньшей мере один элемент идентификации содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующего: элемент, сгораемый при пропускании через него электротока, серийный номер, такой как чип стираемого программируемого постоянного запоминающего устройства (СППЗУ), чип радиочастотной идентификации (РЧИД), оптический штрих-код, и механическое соединение, которое может использоваться только один раз.
5. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором терапевтический элемент содержит по меньшей мере один указатель места инъекции, выполненный с возможностью указания по меньшей мере одного места инъекции из указанных нескольких мест инъекции.
6. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором терапевтический элемент содержит механизм идентификации, выполненный с возможностью определения времени введения лекарственного средства, причем на основе информации, предоставленной механизмом идентификации, нагревательный элемент может автоматически прикладывать тепло.
7. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором терапевтический элемент содержит механизм идентификации, выполненный с возможностью определения указанного заранее заданного места инъекции на ткани, причем на основе информации, предоставленной механизмом идентификации, нагревательный элемент может прикладывать тепло в заранее заданном режиме нагрева.
8. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 7, в котором указанное заранее заданное место инъекции соответствует по меньшей мере одному типу пищи или по меньшей мере одной дозе лекарственного средства.
9. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором терапевтический элемент содержит индикатор, выполненный с возможностью указания факта использования конкретного места инъекции.
10. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором нагревательный элемент выполнен с возможностью размещения по меньшей мере одним из следующих способов: смежно с указанным заранее заданным местом на ткани, частично окружая это место на ткани и полностью окружая его.
11. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором терапевтический элемент содержит датчик, выполненный с возможностью:
определения факта инъекции лекарственного средства в ткань, и
основываясь на указанном определении, генерации сигнала процессору для активации нагревательного элемента.
12. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 6, в котором механизм идентификации содержит по меньшей мере одно из следующего:
датчик, выполненный с возможностью обнаружения факта складывания кожи, датчик давления, расположенный на нагревательном элементе, датчик давления, расположенный на указателе, выполненном с возможностью отметки места для размещения пальца во время инъекции, и датчик расстояния, выполненный с возможностью определения близости устройства для введения лекарственного средства в ткань.
13. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 12, в котором указанное устройство для введения лекарственного средства в ткань содержит шприц, или ручку-шприц, или оба этих шприца.
14. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, в котором вводимое лекарственное средство представляет собой инсулин.
15. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, которое имеет по меньшей мере один заранее заданный терапевтический режим, зависящий от дозы и от типа вводимого лекарственного средства.
16. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 15, которое содержит механизм, выполненный с возможностью измерения объема введенного лекарственного средства, находящегося в ткани в качестве депо-препарата, и дополнительно выполненный с возможностью корректировки приложения тепла, основываясь на измеренном объеме.
17. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 16, в котором измерение объема осуществляется с помощью измерения полного электрического сопротивления.
18. Терапевтическое устройство по п. 1, которое содержит механизм, выполненный с возможностью создания предупреждающего сигнала, который соответствует времени выполнения следующей инъекции.
19. Терапевтическое устройство, содержащее:
терапевтический элемент, имеющий место инъекции для введения по меньшей мере одной инъекции препарата в ткань, причем по меньшей мере одну инъекцию выполняют в заранее заданном месте на ткани в определенный момент времени;
процессор, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе,
нагревательный элемент, расположенный в терапевтическом элементе или смежно с ним, причем нагревательный элемент управляется процессором и электрически с ним соединен и выполнен с возможностью приложения тепла к ткани в указанном заранее заданном месте в течение заранее заданного периода времени по меньшей мере в одно время, выбранное из: до, во время и после введения лекарственного средства, с обеспечением нагревания ткани до заданной температуры, которая меньше заданной предельной температуры, и
датчик температуры, электрически соединенный с процессором и выполненный с возможностью обеспечения сигнала, соответствующего температуре ткани, нагреваемой терапевтическим элементом,
при этом:
в зависимости от температуры ткани процессор стабилизирует нагрев ткани на заранее заданной температуре,
приложение тепла нагревательным элементом улучшает фармакокинетические и/или фармакодинамические свойства лекарственного средства, и
терапевтический элемент содержит одноразовую часть и многоразовую часть, при этом одноразовая часть содержит по меньшей мере один элемент идентификации, определяющий факт использования одноразовой части.
