Abstract
1. Адгезив, содержащий:a) не менее 70% по массе смеси полимеров, в которую входятi) полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, который имеет плотность в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,70 до приблизительно 0,91 г/сми вязкость в расплавленном состоянии при 190°C, составляющую менее 50000 сП, иii) аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полибутенового сополимера, полипропиленового сополимера и их смесей; иb) менее чем приблизительно 30% по массе усилителя липкости и/или разбавителя;где адгезив имеет вязкость, которая при 150°С ниже приблизительно 11000 сантипуазов по ASTM C3236; а общая масса составляет 100% по массе.2. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный адгезив содержит менее чем приблизительно 25% по массе усилителя липкости и/или разбавителя.3. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, дополнительно содержит C-C-α-олефиновый сомономер.4. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, представляет собой изотактический полипропилен.5. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, представляет собой атактический полипропилен.6. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, представляет собой полибутеновый сополимер, который содержит C-C, C-C-α-олефиновый сомономер.7. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, представляет собой полипропиленовый сополимер, который содержит C, C-C-α-олефиновый сомон
Claims (10)
1. Адгезив, содержащий:
a) не менее 70% по массе смеси полимеров, в которую входят
i) полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, который имеет плотность в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,70 до приблизительно 0,91 г/см3 и вязкость в расплавленном состоянии при 190°C, составляющую менее 50000 сП, и
ii) аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полибутенового сополимера, полипропиленового сополимера и их смесей; и
b) менее чем приблизительно 30% по массе усилителя липкости и/или разбавителя;
где адгезив имеет вязкость, которая при 150°С ниже приблизительно 11000 сантипуазов по ASTM C3236; а общая масса составляет 100% по массе.
2. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный адгезив содержит менее чем приблизительно 25% по массе усилителя липкости и/или разбавителя.
3. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, дополнительно содержит C2-C10-α-олефиновый сомономер.
4. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, представляет собой изотактический полипропилен.
5. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, представляет собой атактический полипропилен.
6. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, представляет собой полибутеновый сополимер, который содержит C2-C3, C5-C10-α-олефиновый сомономер.
7. Адгезив по п. 1, где указанный аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, представляет собой полипропиленовый сополимер, который содержит C2, C4-C10-α-олефиновый сомономер.
8. Адгезив по п. 1, где диапазон отношения указанного (i) полипропиленового полимера, полученного с применением катализа металлоценами, к указанному (ii) аморфному полимеру, полученному с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, составляет от приблизительно 1:10 до приблизительно 1:1.
9. Изделие одноразового использования, содержащее адгезив, где указанный адгезив содержит
a) не менее 70% по массе смеси полимеров, в которую входят
i) полипропиленовый полимер, полученный с применением катализа металлоценами, который имеет плотность в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,70 до приблизительно 0,91 г/см3 и вязкость в расплавленном состоянии при 190°C, составляющую менее 50000 сП, и
ii) аморфный полимер, полученный с катализаторами Циглера-Натта, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полибутенового сополимера, полипропиленового сополимера и их смесей; и
b) менее чем приблизительно 30% по массе усилителя липкости
и/или разбавителя;
где адгезив имеет вязкость, которая при 150°C ниже приблизительно 11000 сантипуазов по ASTM D3236; а общая масса составляет 100% по массе.
10. Изделие одноразового использования по п. 9, которое представляет собой эластичный прикрепляемый предмет.
