Abstract
1. Полимерная композиция, которая содержит:(A) полимер на основе пропилена;(B) по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% сополимера этилена/α-олефина по отношению к сумме (А) и (В) с плотностью менее или равно 0,91 г/см; и(C) блок-композит, содержащий:(i) кристаллический полимер на основе пропилена;(ii) полимер этилена/α-олефина; и(iii) блок-сополимер, содержащий кристаллический блок на основе пропилена и блок этилена/α-олефина.2. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой полимер на основе пропилена (А) выбран из группы, состоящей из гомополимера пропилена и сополимера пропилена/этилена.3. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой сополимер этилена/α-олефина (В) содержит гомогенно разветвленный сополимер этилена/α-олефина.4. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой сополимер этилена/α-олефина (В) содержит, по существу, линейный полимер этилена.5. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой полимер этилена/α-олефина имеет индекс расплава от 0,5 г/10 мин до 25 г/10 мин.6. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-сополимер (С) (iii) содержит диблок формулы (1):(EP)-(iPP) (1),в которой ЕР представляет собой сегмент полимеризованных этиленовых и пропиленовых мономерных звеньев, и iPP представляет собой сегмент изотактического гомополимера пропилена.7. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-композит (С) содержит более 15 мас.% C(iii) по отношению к общей массе блок-композита (С).8. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-композит (С) имеет плотность от 0,88 до 0,90 г/сми индекс расплава от 1 г/10 мин до 50 г/10 мин.9. Полимерная композиция по п.1, которая содержит полимер на основе олефина.10. Пленка, которая содержит, по меньшей мере, один слой, формованный из полимерной композиции по любому из пп.1-9.11
Claims (15)
1. Полимерная композиция, которая содержит:
(A) полимер на основе пропилена;
(B) по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% сополимера этилена/α-олефина по отношению к сумме (А) и (В) с плотностью менее или равно 0,91 г/см3; и
(C) блок-композит, содержащий:
(i) кристаллический полимер на основе пропилена;
(ii) полимер этилена/α-олефина; и
(iii) блок-сополимер, содержащий кристаллический блок на основе пропилена и блок этилена/α-олефина.
2. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой полимер на основе пропилена (А) выбран из группы, состоящей из гомополимера пропилена и сополимера пропилена/этилена.
3. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой сополимер этилена/α-олефина (В) содержит гомогенно разветвленный сополимер этилена/α-олефина.
4. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой сополимер этилена/α-олефина (В) содержит, по существу, линейный полимер этилена.
5. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой полимер этилена/α-олефина имеет индекс расплава от 0,5 г/10 мин до 25 г/10 мин.
6. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-сополимер (С) (iii) содержит диблок формулы (1):
(EP)-(iPP) (1),
в которой ЕР представляет собой сегмент полимеризованных этиленовых и пропиленовых мономерных звеньев, и iPP представляет собой сегмент изотактического гомополимера пропилена.
7. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-композит (С) содержит более 15 мас.% C(iii) по отношению к общей массе блок-композита (С).
8. Полимерная композиция по п.1, в которой блок-композит (С) имеет плотность от 0,88 до 0,90 г/см3 и индекс расплава от 1 г/10 мин до 50 г/10 мин.
9. Полимерная композиция по п.1, которая содержит полимер на основе олефина.
10. Пленка, которая содержит, по меньшей мере, один слой, формованный из полимерной композиции по любому из пп.1-9.
11. Пленка, которая содержит:
первый слой, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.1; и
второй слой, содержащий полимер на основе олефина.
12. Пленка по п.11, в которой второй слой содержит полимер на основе олефина и, необязательно, функционализированный полимер на основе олефина.
13. Стерилизуемый пакет, который содержит:
первый слой, содержащий полимерную композицию по п.1;
второй слой, содержащий полимер на основе олефина; и
необязательный третий слой.
14. Стерилизуемый пакет по п.13, в котором первый слой представляет собой герметизирующий слой, и второй слой содержит от 70 до 99 мас.% полимера на основе олефина и от 30 до 1 мас.% функционализированного полимера на основе олефина.
15. Стерилизуемый пакет по п.13, в котором третий слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из нейлона, полиэтилентерефталата (PET), полипропилена и их комбинаций.
