Abstract

1. Структура (1) огнезащитного материала, включающая материал (10), который образован множеством нитей (20), причем каждая из нитей (20) выполнена из смеси волокон, содержащей, по меньшей мере, первый волоконный компонент и второй волоконный компонент, причем первый волоконный компонент включает огнестойкие вискозные волокна (22) в количестве, составляющем, по меньшей мере, 50% по отношению к массе смеси волокон, и второй волоконный компонент включает плавкие волокна (24) в количестве, составляющем, по меньшей мере, 10% по отношению к массе смеси волокон; при этом материал (10) изготовлен как тканый материал, имеющий суммарный фракционный коэффициент заполнения, составляющий более 60%, и способность выдерживать воздействие горизонтального пламени в течение 10 секунд без образования отверстия в соответствии со стандартом ISO 15025/14116 (класс защиты III).2. Структура (1) по п. 1, в которой плавкие волокна (24) выполнены из полиамида, предпочтительно полиамида 6.6.3. Claims (16)

1. Структура (1) огнезащитного материала, включающая материал (10), который образован множеством нитей (20), причем каждая из нитей (20) выполнена из смеси волокон, содержащей, по меньшей мере, первый волоконный компонент и второй волоконный компонент, причем первый волоконный компонент включает огнестойкие вискозные волокна (22) в количестве, составляющем, по меньшей мере, 50% по отношению к массе смеси волокон, и второй волоконный компонент включает плавкие волокна (24) в количестве, составляющем, по меньшей мере, 10% по отношению к массе смеси волокон; при этом материал (10) изготовлен как тканый материал, имеющий суммарный фракционный коэффициент заполнения, составляющий более 60%, и способность выдерживать воздействие горизонтального пламени в течение 10 секунд без образования отверстия в соответствии со стандартом ISO 15025/14116 (класс защиты III).

7. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, один защитный слой (30), прилегающий к одной стороне материала (10).
8. Структура (1) по п. 7, в которой защитный слой представляет собой пористый мембранный слой, изготовленный из расширенного политетрафторэтилена.
9. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, в которой первый волоконный компонент и второй волоконный компонент равномерно распределены в нитях (20).
10. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, в которой смесь волокон содержит, по меньшей мере, один третий или более дополнительные волоконные компоненты, причем третий и более дополнительные волоконные компоненты содержатся в смеси волокон в количестве, составляющем не более 3% по отношению к массе смеси волокон.
11. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна поверхность материала является окрашенной таким образом, что она имеет прочность окраски, составляющую более 4.
12. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, в которой, по меньшей мере, одна поверхность материала так окрашена не содержащим носителя красителем, что она имеет прочность окраски, составляющую более 4.
13. Структура (1) по п. 12, в которой не содержащий носителя краситель непосредственно внедрен в материал, по меньшей мере, на одной поверхности материала, имеющего прочность окраски более 4.
14. Структура (1) по п. 1 или 2, в которой материал имеет цветную печать, у которой прочность окраски составляет более 4, в частности, для камуфляжных применений.
