The proposed strong drink "Orga" is prepared as follows.

Древесину яблони, абрикосы, вишни и сливы измельчают на брусочки длиной 4 см, площадью сечения 0,25 см², помещают в сушильную камеру и выдерживают в ней 2 сут при 100-120^оС. Из термообработанной древесины готовят водно-спиртовый настои путем залива их водно-спиртовой жидкостью при соотношении 800-1000 т древесины к 1 дал экстрагента и настаивают в течение 7 сут при 60^оС дважды, настои первого и второго сливов объединяют. Для настаивания используют плодовый или виноградный спирт. Затем настои купажируют со спиртом плодовым или виноградным 90 об. % и водой до крепости напитка 40 об. % . Купаж оклеивают или при необходимости обрабатывают холодом, подвергают его отдыху в течение 20 сут, фильтруют и напиток разливают в емкости. Ингредиенты, входящие в напиток, используют при следующем соотношении в дал на 1000 дал напитка:
