Abstract
1. Способ получения раствора катализатора гидроформилирования для хранения, где раствор катализатора содержит:A. переходной металл в сочетании с одним или несколькими фосфорорганическими лигандами,B. некоторую концентрацию кислотных частиц иC. воду,причем способ включает стадию уменьшения концентрации кислотных частиц в растворе катализатора до не более чем 200 частей на млн.2. Способ по п.1, в котором концентрацию кислоты понижают с помощью одного или нескольких способов, выбранных из экстракции, добавления основания и осаждения.3. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание воды раствора катализатора понижают до не более чем 0,8 мас.%.4. Способ получения раствора катализатора гидроформилирования для хранения, где раствор катализатора содержит:A. переходной металл в сочетании с одним или несколькими фосфорорганическими лигандами,B. некоторую концентрацию кислотных частиц иC. воду,причем способ включает стадию смешивания раствора катализатора с водным буферным раствором, содержащим один или несколько материалов, которые будут нейтрализовывать и/или поглощать, по меньшей мере, 50 процентов кислотных частиц.5. Способ по п.4, в котором водный буферный раствор содержит, по меньшей мере, одно соединение из замещенного амина или эпоксида.6. Способ по п.4, в котором раствор катализатора хранят вместе с водным буферным раствором в виде отдельной фазы в контакте с раствором катализатора.7. Способ по п.4, в котором раствор катализатора и водный буферный раствор хранят в смешанном и перемешиваемом состоянии.8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором раствор катализатора хранят в атмосфере синтез-газа.9. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, �
Claims (14)
1. Способ получения раствора катализатора гидроформилирования для хранения, где раствор катализатора содержит:
A. переходной металл в сочетании с одним или несколькими фосфорорганическими лигандами,
B. некоторую концентрацию кислотных частиц и
C. воду,
причем способ включает стадию уменьшения концентрации кислотных частиц в растворе катализатора до не более чем 200 частей на млн.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором концентрацию кислоты понижают с помощью одного или нескольких способов, выбранных из экстракции, добавления основания и осаждения.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором содержание воды раствора катализатора понижают до не более чем 0,8 мас.%.
4. Способ получения раствора катализатора гидроформилирования для хранения, где раствор катализатора содержит:
A. переходной металл в сочетании с одним или несколькими фосфорорганическими лигандами,
B. некоторую концентрацию кислотных частиц и
C. воду,
причем способ включает стадию смешивания раствора катализатора с водным буферным раствором, содержащим один или несколько материалов, которые будут нейтрализовывать и/или поглощать, по меньшей мере, 50 процентов кислотных частиц.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором водный буферный раствор содержит, по меньшей мере, одно соединение из замещенного амина или эпоксида.
6. Способ по п.4, в котором раствор катализатора хранят вместе с водным буферным раствором в виде отдельной фазы в контакте с раствором катализатора.
7. Способ по п.4, в котором раствор катализатора и водный буферный раствор хранят в смешанном и перемешиваемом состоянии.
8. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором раствор катализатора хранят в атмосфере синтез-газа.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором раствор катализатора хранят в атмосфере инертного газа.
10. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором раствор катализатора хранят в атмосфере синтез-газа в сочетании с одним или несколькими инертными газами.
11. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором раствор катализатора хранят внутри оборудования для способа гидроформилирования.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-7, в котором раствор катализатора хранят вне оборудования для способа гидроформилирования.
13.
