Abstract

1. Способ по п.1, в котором портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте выполняет обмен данными с каждым беспроводным полевым устройством в соответствии со стандартным протоколом беспроводной передачи данных технологического процесса.3. Способ по п.2, в котором стандартный протокол беспроводной передачи данных технологического процесса представляет собой протокол WirelessHART.4. Способ по п.1, в котором портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте соответствует искробезопасности.5. Способ по п.1, в котором информация, относящаяся к беспроводной передаче данных в потенциальном местоположении, включает в себя идентификатор устройства и мощность сигнала для каждого беспроводного полевого устройства, с которым выполняет обмен данными портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте.6. Claims (8)

1. Способ оценки потенциального местоположения для добавления беспроводного полевого устройства к существующей сети из множества существующих беспроводных полевых устройств, содержащий этапы, на которых:
размещают портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте в потенциальном местоположении;
обеспечивают портативному инструменту для технического обслуживания на месте возможной идентификации беспроводных полевых устройств в пределах дальности связи потенциального местоположения; и
просматривают информацию, относящуюся к беспроводной передаче данных в потенциальном местоположении.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте выполняет обмен данными с каждым беспроводным полевым устройством в соответствии со стандартным протоколом беспроводной передачи данных технологического процесса.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором стандартный протокол беспроводной передачи данных технологического процесса представляет собой протокол WirelessHART.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте соответствует искробезопасности.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором информация, относящаяся к беспроводной передаче данных в потенциальном местоположении, включает в себя идентификатор устройства и мощность сигнала для каждого беспроводного полевого устройства, с которым выполняет обмен данными портативный инструмент для технического обслуживания на месте.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором информация, относящаяся к беспроводной передаче данных в потенциальном местоположении, включает в себя индикацию электромагнитных помех.
7. Способ изучения беспроводной сети датчиков, включающей в себя множество беспроводных полевых устройств, содержащий этапы, на которых:
выполняют мониторинг мощности сигнала каждого сетевого полевого устройства в течение выбранной длительности; и
предоставляют полученную по результатам мониторинга мощность сигнала в корреляции с физическим положением каждого сетевого полевого устройства.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором корреляция полученной по результатам мониторинга мощности сигнала и физического положения выполнена в форме карты интенсивности сети.
