Abstract
1. Бензиновая композиция, включающая в качестве присадки одну или более солей (i) четвертичного аммония, образованных путем реакции соединения формулы (А):и соединения, образованного путем реакции замещенного гидрокарбилом ацилирующего агента и амина формулы (В1) или (В2):где R является возможно замещенной алкильной, алкенильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, Rявляется алкильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, содержащей до 36 атомов углерода, Rи Rявляются одинаковыми или различными алкильными группами, содержащими от 1 до 36 атомов углерода, Х является алкиленовой группой, содержащей от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, n составляет от 0 до 20, m составляет от 1 до 5, и Rявляется водородом или С-Салкильной группой.2. Бензиновая композиция по п.1, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром карбоновой кислоты, имеющим pK3,5 или менее.3. Бензиновая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром карбоновой кислоты, выбранной из замещенной ароматической карбоновой кислоты, α-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты и поликарбоновой кислоты.4. Бензиновая композиция по п.3, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром замещенной ароматической карбоновой кислоты.5. Бензиновая композиция по п.4, в которой R является замещенной фенильной или нафтильной группой, замещенной одной или более группами, выбранными из возможно замещенных алкильных, алкенильных, арильных или карбоалкокси групп, нитрогруппы, цианогруппы, гидроксильной группы, SR, NRRили COOR, где каждый из R, Rи Rможет быть атомом водорода или возможно замещенными алкильными, алкенильными, арильными или карбоалкокси группами.6. Claims (16)
1. Бензиновая композиция, включающая в качестве присадки одну или более солей (i) четвертичного аммония, образованных путем реакции соединения формулы (А):
и соединения, образованного путем реакции замещенного гидрокарбилом ацилирующего агента и амина формулы (В1) или (В2):
где R является возможно замещенной алкильной, алкенильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, R1 является алкильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, содержащей до 36 атомов углерода, R2 и R3 являются одинаковыми или различными алкильными группами, содержащими от 1 до 36 атомов углерода, Х является алкиленовой группой, содержащей от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, n составляет от 0 до 20, m составляет от 1 до 5, и R4 является водородом или С1-С36 алкильной группой.
2. Бензиновая композиция по п.1, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром карбоновой кислоты, имеющим pKa 3,5 или менее.
3. Бензиновая композиция по п.1 или 2, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром карбоновой кислоты, выбранной из замещенной ароматической карбоновой кислоты, α-гидроксикарбоновой кислоты и поликарбоновой кислоты.
4. Бензиновая композиция по п.3, в которой соединение формулы (А) является сложным эфиром замещенной ароматической карбоновой кислоты.
5. Бензиновая композиция по п.4, в которой R является замещенной фенильной или нафтильной группой, замещенной одной или более группами, выбранными из возможно замещенных алкильных, алкенильных, арильных или карбоалкокси групп, нитрогруппы, цианогруппы, гидроксильной группы, SR5, NR5R6 или COOR7, где каждый из R5, R6 и R7 может быть атомом водорода или возможно замещенными алкильными, алкенильными, арильными или карбоалкокси группами.
6. Бензиновая композиция по п.1, в которой соль(и) четвертичного аммония образована путем реакции соединения формулы (А) и соединения, образованного путем реакции замещенного гидрокарбилом ацилирующего агента и амина формулы (В1).
7. Бензиновая композиция по п.1, в которой замещенный гидрокарбилом ацилирующий агент является замещенным полиизобутенилом янтарным ангидридом.
8. Бензиновая композиция по п.1, которая содержит одну или более дополнительных присадок, выбранных из:
а) несущих масел,
б) ацилированных азотных соединений, которые являются продуктом реакции полученного из карбоновой кислоты ацилирующего агента и амина,
в) замещенных гидрокарбилом аминов, в которых гидрокарбильный заместитель является по существу алифатическим и содержит по меньшей мере 8 атомов углерода,
г) присадок с основаниями Манниха, содержащих азотсодержащие конденсаты фенола, альдегида и первичного или вторичного амина,
д) ароматических сложных эфиров полиалкилфеноксиалканола.
9. Бензиновая композиция по п.8, в которой компонент (а) выбран из простых полиэфиров и простых полиэфираминов.
10. Бензиновая композиция по п.8, в которой компонент (г) содержит продукт реакции формальдегида, этилен- или полиэтиленполиамина и паразамещенного моноалкилфенола.
11. Комплект присадки, который после добавления в бензин обеспечивает композицию по любому из предшествующих пунктов.
12. Применение присадки на основе четвертичного аммония в бензиновой композиции для улучшения рабочей характеристики бензинового двигателя при применении указанной бензиновой композиции, где присадка на основе четвертичного аммония, содержащая одну или более соли(ей) четвертичного аммония, образована путем реакции соединения формулы (А):
и соединения, образованного путем реакции замещенного гидрокарбилом ацилирующего агента и амина формулы (В1) или (В2):
где R является возможно замещенной алкильной, алкенильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, R1 является алкильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, содержащей до 36 атомов углерода, R2 и R3 являются одинаковыми или различными алкильными группами, содержащими от 1 до 36 атомов углерода, Х является алкиленовой группой, содержащей от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, n составляет от 0 до 20, m составляет от 1 до 5, и R4 является водородом или С1-С36 алкильной группой.
13. Применение присадки на основе четвертичного аммония в бензиновой композиции для уменьшения отложений в бензиновом двигателе при применении указанной бензиновой композиции, где присадка на основе четвертичного аммония, содержащая одну или более соли(ей) четвертичного аммония, образована путем реакции соединения формулы (А):
и соединения, образованного путем реакции замещенного гидрокарбилом ацилирующего агента и амина формулы (В1) или (В2):
где R является возможно замещенной алкильной, алкенильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, R1 является алкильной, арильной или алкиларильной группой, содержащей до 36 атомов углерода, R2 и R3 являются одинаковыми или различными алкильными группами, содержащими от 1 до 36 атомов углерода, Х является алкиленовой группой, содержащей от 1 до 20 атомов углерода, n составляет от 0 до 20, m составляет от 1 до 5, и R4 является водородом или C1-С36 алкильной группой.
14. Применение по п.12 или 13 для уменьшения существующих отложений («очистка») или для уменьшения образования отложения («поддержание в чистоте»).
15. Применение по п.12 или 13, в котором бензиновый двигатель является бензиновым двигателем прямого впрыска с электрическим зажиганием.
16. Способ уменьшения отложений и/или улучшения кпд в бензиновом двигателе с электрическим зажиганием, причем способ включает добавление в сжигаемый бензин:
(1) одной или более солей четвертичного аммония, как определено в любом из пп.1-7, и
(2) возможно, одного или более дополнительных компонентов, выбранных из а)-д), как определено в пп.8, 9 или 10.
