Abstract
1. Абразивное изделие, содержащее керамические формованные абразивные частицы, закрепленные на носителе, причем керамические формованные абразивные частицы имеют четыре основные плоскости, соединяемые шестью общими кромками, причем каждая из четырех основных плоскостей соединяется с тремя другими основными плоскостями, и причем шесть общих кромок имеют, в основном, одинаковую длину.2. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей в основном ровная.3. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей вогнутая.4. Абразивное изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что все четыре основных плоскостей вогнутые.5. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей выпуклая.6. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы содержат альфа-глинозем.7. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит органический клей.8. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что абразивное изделие содержит абразивное изделие со связующим.9. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит фенольную смолу.10. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит стеклянное связующее.11. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что абразивное изделие имеет абразивный круг со связующим.12. Абразивное изделие по любому из пп.1-11, содержащее дополнительно, дробленые абразивные частицы, имеющие установленные в промышленности абразивных материалов номинальные сорта.13. Способ обработки заготовки абразивным инструмент�
Claims (25)
1. Абразивное изделие, содержащее керамические формованные абразивные частицы, закрепленные на носителе, причем керамические формованные абразивные частицы имеют четыре основные плоскости, соединяемые шестью общими кромками, причем каждая из четырех основных плоскостей соединяется с тремя другими основными плоскостями, и причем шесть общих кромок имеют, в основном, одинаковую длину.
2. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей в основном ровная.
3. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей вогнутая.
4. Абразивное изделие по п.3, отличающееся тем, что все четыре основных плоскостей вогнутые.
5. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей выпуклая.
6. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы содержат альфа-глинозем.
7. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит органический клей.
8. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что абразивное изделие содержит абразивное изделие со связующим.
9. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит фенольную смолу.
10. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что носитель содержит стеклянное связующее.
11. Абразивное изделие по п.1, отличающееся тем, что абразивное изделие имеет абразивный круг со связующим.
12. Абразивное изделие по любому из пп.1-11, содержащее дополнительно, дробленые абразивные частицы, имеющие установленные в промышленности абразивных материалов номинальные сорта.
13. Способ обработки заготовки абразивным инструментом, состоящий из:
контакта с помощью трения, как минимум, части керамических формованных абразивных частиц абразивного изделия по п.1 с поверхностью заготовки, и
перемещения, как минимум, одной заготовки или абразивного изделия с целью обработки абразивным инструментом, как минимум, части поверхности заготовки.
14. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц, где керамические формованные абразивные частицы имеют четыре основные плоскости, соединяемые шестью общими кромками, причем каждая из четырех основных плоскостей соединяется с тремя другими основными плоскостями, причем шесть общих кромок имеют в основном одинаковую длину, и причем керамические формованные абразивные частицы соответствуют номинальным сортам, установленным в промышленности абразивных материалов.
15. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что как минимум одна из четырех основных плоскостей, в основном, ровная.
16. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что, как минимум, одна из четырех основных плоскостей вогнутая.
17. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что все из четырех основных плоскостей вогнутые.
18. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что, как минимум, одна из четырех основных плоскостей выпуклая.
19. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы не имеют форму усеченных пирамид.
20. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы обладают тетраэдральной симметрией.
21. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы, в основном, имеют форму правильных тетраэдров.
22. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы содержат альфа-глинозем.
23. Множество керамических формованных абразивных частиц по п.14, отличающееся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы имеют на себе покрытие из неорганических частиц.
24. Способ производства керамической формованной абразивной частицы, состоящий из:
помещения исходной керамической дисперсной массы в полость изложницы, причем в полости имеются три вогнутые стенки, сходящиеся в общей вершине;
высушивания исходной керамической дисперсной массы и удаления ее из полости для создания заготовки керамической формованной абразивной частицы;
кальцинирования заготовки керамической формованной абразивной частицы; и
агломерации кальцинированной заготовки керамической формованной абразивной частицы для формирования керамической формованной абразивной частицы, где керамические формованные абразивные частицы имеют четыре основные плоскости, соединяемые шестью общими кромками, при этом каждая из четырех основных плоскостей керамической формованной абразивной частицы соединяется с тремя другими основными плоскостями, при этом, по меньшей мере, три из четырех основных плоскостей в основном плоские, и где шесть общих кромок в основном одинаковые по длине.
25. Способ по п.24, отличающийся тем, что керамические формованные абразивные частицы содержат альфа-глинозем.
