Abstract
1. Способ обработки жидкой композиции, содержащей лакто-N-биозу, включающий:подготовку жидкой композиции, содержащей лакто-N-биозу, обладающей рН при 25°С не менее, чем 2,0 и не более, чем 5,5 инагревание жидкой композиции при температуре 65°C или выше.2. Способ по п.1, в котором жидкая композиция, содержащая лакто-N-биозу, является пищевым, фармацевтическим, косметическим продуктом или кормом, который находится в жидкой форме.3. Жидкий препарат, содержащий лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2.4. Высушенный продукт жидкого препарата, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2.5. Способ получения продукта, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, включающий добавление жидкого препарата, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2, или их высушенного продукта к пищевому, фармацевтическому, косметическому продуктам, или корму.
Claims (5)
1. Способ обработки жидкой композиции, содержащей лакто-N-биозу, включающий:
подготовку жидкой композиции, содержащей лакто-N-биозу, обладающей рН при 25°С не менее, чем 2,0 и не более, чем 5,5 и
нагревание жидкой композиции при температуре 65°C или выше.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором жидкая композиция, содержащая лакто-N-биозу, является пищевым, фармацевтическим, косметическим продуктом или кормом, который находится в жидкой форме.
3. Жидкий препарат, содержащий лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2.
4. Высушенный продукт жидкого препарата, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2.
5. Способ получения продукта, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, включающий добавление жидкого препарата, содержащего лакто-N-биозу, который обрабатывают способом по п.1 или 2, или их высушенного продукта к пищевому, фармацевтическому, косметическому продуктам, или корму.
