Abstract

1. Способ выполнения металлического усиления (30) передней кромки или задней кромки лопатки (10) турбомашины, содержащей ножку (32) и вершину (34) усиления, содержащий последовательно этапы, на которых:изготавливают на этапе (100) несколько истончающихся элементов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) V-образной формы, образующих различные секторы упомянутого металлического усиления (30), так что упомянутое металлическое усиление разделено на несколько секторов, распределенных между упомянутой ножкой (32) и упомянутой вершиной (34);позиционируют на этапе (120) секторы (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) на оборудовании (40), воспроизводящем форму упомянутой передней кромки или упомянутой задней кромки упомянутой лопатки (10) турбомашины;соединяют на этапе (120) различные секторы для образования упомянутого полного профиля моноблочного металлического усиления (30) путем рекомбинации различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d).2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в процессе этапа (100) изготовления нескольких элементов, образующих секторы (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) металлического усиления (30), каждый сектор (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) изготавливают методом лазерного плавления.3. Способ выполнения металлического усиления (30) лопатки турбомашины по одному из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе (120) соединение различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) выполняют методом диффузионной пайки.4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он включает этап (140) формирования в горячем состоянии, осуществляемый одновременно с этапом соединения (130).5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он включает этап (150) удаления формы с металлического усиления (30) оборудования (40), при этом оборудование (40) образовано несколькими съемными секторами (40а, 40b, 40с, 40d,

Claims (12)

1. Способ выполнения металлического усиления (30) передней кромки или задней кромки лопатки (10) турбомашины, содержащей ножку (32) и вершину (34) усиления, содержащий последовательно этапы, на которых:
изготавливают на этапе (100) несколько истончающихся элементов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) V-образной формы, образующих различные секторы упомянутого металлического усиления (30), так что упомянутое металлическое усиление разделено на несколько секторов, распределенных между упомянутой ножкой (32) и упомянутой вершиной (34);
позиционируют на этапе (120) секторы (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) на оборудовании (40), воспроизводящем форму упомянутой передней кромки или упомянутой задней кромки упомянутой лопатки (10) турбомашины;
соединяют на этапе (120) различные секторы для образования упомянутого полного профиля моноблочного металлического усиления (30) путем рекомбинации различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в процессе этапа (100) изготовления нескольких элементов, образующих секторы (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) металлического усиления (30), каждый сектор (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) изготавливают методом лазерного плавления.
3. Способ выполнения металлического усиления (30) лопатки турбомашины по одному из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что на этапе (120) соединение различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) выполняют методом диффузионной пайки.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он включает этап (140) формирования в горячем состоянии, осуществляемый одновременно с этапом соединения (130).
5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что он включает этап (150) удаления формы с металлического усиления (30) оборудования (40), при этом оборудование (40) образовано несколькими съемными секторами (40а, 40b, 40с, 40d, 40e, 40f), a удаление осуществляют последовательным отведением упомянутых съемных секторов (40а, 40b, 40с, 40d, 40e, 40f).
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что включает этап (160) финишной обработки металлического усиления (30), содержащий подэтап полирования поверхности упомянутого усиления и/или подэтап исправления боковых поверхностей (35, 37) упомянутого усиления (30).
7. Способ по одному из пп.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что этап (110) соединения различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) осуществляют методом сварки.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что после этапа (110) соединения различных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) осуществляют последовательно:
- этап позиционирования упомянутых соединенных секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d), образующих усиление (30) на оборудовании, воспроизводящем форму передней кромки (31) или задней кромки лопатки (10) турбомашины;
- этап тепловой обработки для снятия напряжений;
- этап формирования в горячем состоянии;
- этап удаления формы с упомянутого металлического усиления (30) упомянутого оборудования, при этом упомянутое оборудование образовано несколькими съемными секторами, распределенными между ножкой (32) и вершиной (34) усиления 30;
- этап финишной обработки упомянутого металлического усиления (30), включающий подэтап полирования поверхности упомянутого усиления (30) и/или подэтап исправления боковых поверхностей (35, 37) упомянутого усиления (30).
9. Способ ремонта лопатки турбомашины, содержащей изношенное металлическое усиление передней кромки или задней кромки упомянутой лопатки, включающий:
- этап удаления упомянутого металлического усиления (30) с упомянутой лопатки;
- этап выполнения металлического усиления (30) передней кромки или задней кромки лопатки (10) турбомашины по одному из пп.1-8,
- этап соединения упомянутого металлического усиления (30), выполненного на предыдущем этапе, с упомянутой лопаткой (10) турбомашины.
10. Оборудование (40) для осуществления способа выполнения металлического усиления (30) лопатки турбомашины по одному из пп.1-9, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое оборудование (60) образовано несколькими съемными секторами (40а, 40b, 40с, 40d, 40е, 40f).
11. Оборудование (40) по п.10, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит съемные секторы (40а, 40b, 40с, 40d, 40е, 40f) в количестве, превышающем количество секторов (30а, 30b, 30с, 30d) усиления (30).
12. Оборудование (40) по одному из пп.10 или 11, отличающееся тем, что оборудование (60) выполнено из материала с коэффициентом расширения, превышающим коэффициент расширения материала упомянутого расширения (30).
