Description
Claims (10)
- 幾何的形状を有するファンブレードの前縁部材の製造方法であって、
板材を、ガスの経路を有する第1の金型と、雌型を有する第2の金型との間に挟持し、前記経路を経由した前記ガスにより加圧して前記雌型に適合せしめるべく超塑性成形し、
裏当て材を前記超塑性成形された板材に接合し、
製品形状を得るべく周囲を切断する
工程よりなる製造方法。 - 前記板材はTi系超塑性材料より本質的になる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記超塑性成形する工程は、750乃至950℃に加熱することを含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記接合する工程は、雄型を有する第3の金型と、ガスの経路を有する第4の金型との組み合わせにより、前記経路を経由した前記ガスにより加圧して拡散接合することによることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記雄型は前記幾何的形状に適合した形状であって、前記接合する工程において前記裏当て材および前記超塑性成形された板材を前記雄型に適合せしめるべく超塑性成形することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記接合する工程は、ろう付けによることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記板材をU字状に曲げ、開口を残して前記板材の周縁をシールする工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記板材に板厚分布を付与する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法によって製造されたファンブレードの前縁部材。
- 請求項9に記載の前縁部材を備えた、ジェットエンジンのファンに適用されるファンブレード。
