Description
Claims (7)
- ファンブレードの前縁部材の製造方法であって、
第1の側面と第2の側面を有する板材を、前記第1の側面から前記第2の側面に向けて、前記第2の側面に達しないスリットを形成するべく、切り込み、
開口を残して前記スリットの縁をシールし、
金型中において前記開口を経由してガスにより前記板材を加圧して超塑性成形し、
前記シールされた前記縁を含む部分を切り取る、
工程よりなる製造方法。 - 前記板材はTi系超塑性材料より本質的になる、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記超塑性成形する工程は、750乃至950℃に加熱することを含む、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記シールする工程は、溶接、ろう付け、圧接、前記金型への圧着よりなる群より選択された何れかによる、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の製造方法。
- 前記板材に板厚分布を付与する工程をさらに含む、請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の方法によって製造されたファンブレードの前縁部材。
- 請求項6に記載の前縁部材を備えた、ジェットエンジンのファンに適用されるファンブレード。
