Abstract

[La présente invention concerne un renfort métallique d’aube de turbomachine comprenant une surface aérodynamique qui s'étend entre un bord d'attaque et un bord de fuite, ledit renfort comprenant une base (21) formant son bord d'attaque (20) et étant prolongée par deux ailettes latérales (22, 23) de façon à définir une surface interne apte à recevoir le bord d’attaque de l'aube, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes : (a) réalisation par usinage d'un brut métallique d’une première pièce (24) monobloc formant l’une des ailettes (22) du renfort et au moins partiellement la base (21) du renfort (b) réalisation par usinage d'un autre brut d'une deuxième pièce monobloc formant au moins l’autre ailette (c) assemblage de la première pièce et de la deuxième pièce préalablement positionnées sur un outillage, afin d’obtenir ledit renfort.
