(1)前記タービン翼の基材の一部が切除され、該切除された部位に前記基材よりも平均ビッカース硬さの高いチタン合金部材が摩擦攪拌接合により接合されている。
(2)前記摩擦攪拌加工領域は、接合された前記チタン合金部材上に形成されている。
(3)前記摩擦攪拌加工領域の平均ビッカース硬さが440 Hv以上である。
Claims (4)
- 基材としてα−β型チタン合金からなるタービン翼であって、
前記基材の平均ビッカース硬さが320 Hv以下であり、
前記タービン翼の前縁を含む表面の一部に深さ0.5〜3.0 mmの摩擦攪拌加工領域が形成され、
前記摩擦攪拌加工領域の平均ビッカース硬さが340 Hv以上であることを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 請求項1に記載のタービン翼において、
前記タービン翼の基材の一部が切除され、該切除された部位に前記基材よりも平均ビッカース硬さの高いチタン合金部材が摩擦攪拌接合により接合されていることを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 請求項2に記載のタービン翼において、
前記摩擦攪拌加工領域は、接合された前記チタン合金部材上に形成されていることを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 請求項3に記載のタービン翼において、
前記摩擦攪拌加工領域の平均ビッカース硬さが440 Hv以上であることを特徴とするタービン翼。
