Description
前記金属補強材が前記足部と前記頭部との間に配置される複数のセクタに分割されるように、前記金属補強材の異なるセクタを形成する複数のV字型テーパ要素を製造するためのステップと、
前記タービンエンジンブレードの前記前縁または前記後縁と同様に形成されるツールに前記セクタを配置するためのステップと、
異なるセクタを再結合することによって前記一体形金属補強材の前記完全な輪郭を形成すように、異なるセクタを堅固に接続するためのステップと
を連続的に含む方法を提案する。
前記金属補強材の前記セクタを形成する複数の要素を製造するためのステップ中に、各セクタが、レーザ溶着プロセスによって製造され、
異なるセクタを堅固に接続するための前記ステップが、拡散ろう付けプロセスによって実行され、
方法が、前記剛性接続ステップによって同時に実行される熱間成形ステップを含み、
方法が、前記ツールから前記金属補強材を離型するためのステップを含み、前記ツールが、複数の脱着可能な部分によって形成され、前記離型が、前記脱着可能な部分の連続する離脱によって実行され、
方法が、前記補強材の表面を研磨するためのサブステップ、および/または前記補強材の側面を再加工するためのサブステップから成る、前記金属補強材を仕上げるためのステップを含み、
異なるセクタを堅固に接続するための前記ステップが、溶接プロセスによって実行され、この場合、異なるセクタを堅固に接続するための前記ステップの後には、
前記タービンエンジンブレードの前記前縁または前記後縁と同様に形成されるツールに前記補強材を形成する前記堅固に接続されるセクタを配置するためのステップと、
応力を緩和するための熱処理ステップと、
熱間成形ステップと、
前記ツールから前記金属補強材を離型するためのステップであり、前記ツールが前記補強材の前記足部と前記頭部との間に配置される複数の脱着可能な部分によって形成されるステップと、
前記補強材の表面を研磨するためのサブステップ、および/または前記補強材の側面を再加工するためのサブステップから成る、前記金属補強材を仕上げるためのステップと
が連続的に続くことが有利である。
前記ブレードから前記摩耗した金属補強材を分離するためのステップと、
本発明によるタービンエンジンブレードの前縁または後縁の金属補強材を製造するためのステップと、
前記タービンエンジンブレードに、前記ステップ中に製造される、前記金属補強材を堅固に接続するステップと
を含む方法である。
前記ツールが、補強材のセクタの数よりも大きい、いくつかの脱着可能な部分を備え、
前記ツールが、前記補強材の材料の膨張係数よりも大きい膨張係数を有する材料で製造される。
側面35、37を再加工するステップ、すなわち、特に、側面35、37をトリミングするステップと、下面および上面の側面35、37を薄くするステップとから成るステップと、
要求される表面状態を得るために補強材30を研磨するステップと
から成る。
たとえばレーザ溶着プロセスによって、金属補強材の複数のセクタ30a、30b、30c、30dを製造するための第1のステップと、
補強材の異なる部分を構成する異なるセクタ30a、30b、30c、30dを溶接よって組み立てるための第2のステップと、
補強材の内部鋳型キャビティを形成し、タービンエンジンブレードの前縁の輪郭を有するツールに一緒に堅固に接続される前記セクタ30a、30b、30c、30dを配置するための第3のステップと、
応力を緩和するための第4の熱処理ステップと、
第5の熱間成形ステップと、
ツールから金属補強材30を離型するための第6のステップであり、ツールが補強材30の離型を容易にするように異なる脱着可能な部分に分割されるステップと、
補強材の表面を研磨するためのサブステップ、および/または補強材30の側面を再加工するためのサブステップから成る、金属補強材30を仕上げるためのステップと
を含む。
熱分解手段によって摩耗した金属補強材を切り離すための第1のステップであり、タービンエンジンブレードに金属補強材を堅固に接続するのに使用される接着剤を柔らかくし、かつ/または劣化させるように接着剤または樹脂が100℃から400℃程度までの温度に加熱されるようになっているステップと、
本発明による新しい金属補強材を作製するための第2のステップと、
最後に、たとえばシアノアクリレート接着剤またはエポキシ接着剤などの、補強材をブレードに接着するための当業者に知られている接着剤を使って接着することによって、先行するステップで製造される、金属補強材を堅固に接続するための第3のステップと
から成る。

Claims (12)
- 補強足部(32)および補強頭部(34)を備える、タービンエンジンブレード(10)の前縁または後縁用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法であって、
前記金属補強材(30)が前記足部(32)と前記頭部(34)との間に配置される複数のセクタに分割されるように、前記金属補強材(30)の異なるセクタを形成する複数のV字型テーパ要素(30a、30b、30c、30d)を製造するためのステップ(110)と、
前記タービンエンジンブレード(10)の前記前縁または前記後縁の形をしたツール(40)に前記セクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を配置するためのステップ(120)と、
異なるセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を結合することによって前記一体形金属補強材(30)の前記完全な輪郭を形成するように、異なるセクタを堅固に接続するためのステップ(130)と
を連続的に含む方法。 - 前記金属補強材(30)の前記セクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を形成する複数の要素を製造するための前記ステップ(110)中に、各セクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)が、レーザ溶着プロセスによって製造される、請求項1に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 異なるセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を堅固に接続するための前記ステップ(130)が、拡散ろう付けプロセスによって実行される、請求項1または2に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 異なるセクタを堅固に接続するための前記ステップ(130)と同時に実行される熱間成形ステップ(140)を含む、請求項3に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 前記ツール(40)から前記金属補強材(30)を離型するためのステップ(150)を含み、前記ツール(40)が、複数の脱着可能な部分(40a、40b、40c、40d、40e、40f)によって形成され、前記離型が、前記脱着可能な部分(40a、40b、40c、40d、40e、40f)の連続する離脱によって実行される、請求項3または4に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 前記補強材の表面を研磨するためのサブステップ、および/または前記補強材(30)の側面(35、37)を再加工するためのサブステップから成る、前記金属補強材(30)を仕上げるためのステップ(160)を含む、請求項5に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 異なるセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を堅固に接続するための前記ステップ(130)が、溶接プロセスによって実行される、請求項1または2に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。
- 異なるセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を堅固に接続するための前記ステップ(130)の後に、
前記タービンエンジンブレード(10)の前記前縁(31)または前記後縁の形をしたツールに前記補強材を形成する前記堅固に接続されたセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)を配置するためのステップと、
応力を緩和するための熱処理ステップと、
熱間成形ステップと、
前記ツールから前記金属補強材(30)を離型するためのステップであり、前記ツールが前記補強材の前記足部(32)と前記頭部(34)との間に配置される複数の脱着可能な部分によって形成されているステップと、
前記補強材(30)の表面を研磨するためのサブステップ、および/または前記補強材(30)の側面(35、37)を再加工するためのサブステップから成る、前記金属補強材(30)を仕上げるためのステップと
が連続的に続く、請求項7に記載のタービンエンジンブレード用の金属補強材(30)を製造する方法。 - ブレードの前縁または後縁の摩耗した金属補強材を備えるタービンエンジンブレードを修理する方法であって、
前記ブレードから前記摩耗した金属補強材を分離するためのステップと、
請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジンブレード(10)の前縁または後縁の金属補強材(30)を製造するためのステップと、
前記タービンエンジンブレード(10)に、前記ステップ中に製造される前記金属補強材(30)を堅固に接続するためのステップと
を含む方法。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のタービンエンジンブレードの金属補強材(30)を製造する方法を実施するためのツール(40)であって、前記ツール(60)が、複数の脱着可能な部分(40a、40b、40c、40d、40e、40f)によって形成される、ツール。
- 補強材(30)のセクタ(30a、30b、30c、30d)の数よりも大きい、いくつかの脱着可能な部分(40a、40b、40c、40d、40e、40f)を備える、請求項10に記載のツール(40)。
- 前記ツール(60)が、前記補強材の材料(30)の膨張係数よりも大きい膨張係数を有する材料で製造される、請求項10または11に記載のツール(40)。
