Способ регулирования температуры тяговой батареи гибридного транспортного средства, которое содержит двигатель внутреннего сгорания и электродвигатель для обеспечения тяговой мощности, причем способ включает:а) обеспечение первого контура регулирования температуры для двигателя внутреннего сгорания;б) обеспечение второго контура регулирования температуры для тяговой батареи;в) осуществление нагрева тяговой батареи электрическим нагревателем, установленным во втором контуре регулирования температуры последовательно с насосом, радиатором и тяговой батареей,отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает:г) передачу электрической мощности в нагреватель через преобразователь ПОСТ./ПОСТ. во втором контуре регулирования температуры от электродвигателя, который может приводиться двигателем внутреннего сгорания, когда температура батареи ниже заданного диапазона температур.2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:д) использование батареи для обеспечения тяговой мощности только в том случае, когда ее температура находится в заданном диапазоне температур.3. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:е) обеспечение перепускной линии для радиатора во втором контуре регулирования температуры;ж) регулируемое направление потока жидкого теплоносителя в радиатор или в перепускную линию с помощью клапана.4. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:з) управление электродвигателем с использованием заданной величины напряжения для подачи электрической мощности в нагреватель, когда температура батареи ниже заданного интервала температур.5. Claims (9)
1. Способ регулирования температуры тяговой батареи гибридного транспортного средства, которое содержит двигатель внутреннего сгорания и электродвигатель для обеспечения тяговой мощности, причем способ включает:
а) обеспечение первого контура регулирования температуры для двигателя внутреннего сгорания;
б) обеспечение второго контура регулирования температуры для тяговой батареи;
в) осуществление нагрева тяговой батареи электрическим нагревателем, установленным во втором контуре регулирования температуры последовательно с насосом, радиатором и тяговой батареей,
отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно включает:
г) передачу электрической мощности в нагреватель через преобразователь ПОСТ./ПОСТ. во втором контуре регулирования температуры от электродвигателя, который может приводиться двигателем внутреннего сгорания, когда температура батареи ниже заданного диапазона температур.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:
д) использование батареи для обеспечения тяговой мощности только в том случае, когда ее температура находится в заданном диапазоне температур.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:
е) обеспечение перепускной линии для радиатора во втором контуре регулирования температуры;
ж) регулируемое направление потока жидкого теплоносителя в радиатор или в перепускную линию с помощью клапана.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:
з) управление электродвигателем с использованием заданной величины напряжения для подачи электрической мощности в нагреватель, когда температура батареи ниже заданного интервала температур.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий:
и) разделение второго контура регулирования температуры и первого контура регулирования температуры.
6. Система регулирования температуры тяговой батареи гибридного транспортного средства, имеющего двигатель внутреннего сгорания и электродвигатель для обеспечения тяговой мощности, содержащая:
первый контур регулирования температуры для двигателя внутреннего сгорания;
второй контур регулирования температуры для тяговой батареи;
нагреватель, насос и радиатор во втором контуре регулирования температуры, отличающаяся тем, что нагреватель обеспечивается электрической мощностью через преобразователь ПОСТ./ПОСТ. от электродвигателя, который приводится двигателем внутреннего сгорания.
7. Система по п.6, дополнительно содержащая:
перепускную линию для радиатора во втором контуре регулирования температуры;
клапан для регулируемого направления потока жидкого теплоносителя в радиатор или в перепускную линию.
8. Система по п.6, дополнительно содержащая контроллер для управления электродвигателем с использованием заданной величины напряжения для подачи электрической мощности в нагреватель, когда температура батареи ниже заданного интервала температур.
9. Система по п.6, в которой первый и второй контуры регулирования температуры отделены друг от друга.
