Abstract
1. Насос, включающий ротор (6), содержащий участок двигателя (34), первое и второе осевые удлинения (14, 16), имеющие различные диаметры, статор (8), содержащий корпус статора, имеющий роторную камеру (10, 12) для принятия, по меньшей мере, осевых удлинений, и первое и второе уплотнения (18, 20), закрепленные вокруг первого и второго осевых удлинений, причем осевые удлинения оснащены каналами для подачи жидкости, взаимодействующими с соответствующими первым и вторым уплотнениями для создания первого и второго клапанов, которые открывают и закрывают распространение жидкости по соответствующему уплотнению как функцию, по меньшей мере, углового смещения ротора, отличающийся тем, что насосный модуль содержит третье уплотнение, закрепленное вокруг второго осевого удлинения вблизи участка двигателя (34) ротора и ограничивающее выходной участок (12) роторной камеры.2. Насос по п.1, дополнительно содержащий взаимодействующие кулачковые элементы (42, 44) на роторе и статоре и механизм смещения, действующий на роторе для приложения силы на роторе в осевом направлении кулачкового элемента статора.3. Насос по п.2, в котором кулачковые элементы (42, 44) имеют такую конфигурацию, что они разделены определенным осевым расстоянием h при угловом положении, когда оба клапана закрыты.4. Насос по п.3, в котором кулачковые элементы содержат опорные заплечики (68, 70), зацепляемые при обратном вращении ротора для определения углового эталонного положения ротора относительно статора.5. Насос по любому из пп.2-4, в котором кулачковый элемент (42), предусмотренный вокруг статора, имеет форму выступа, а кулачковый элемент (44) на роторе предусмотрен на участке двигател�
Claims (11)
1. Насос, включающий ротор (6), содержащий участок двигателя (34), первое и второе осевые удлинения (14, 16), имеющие различные диаметры, статор (8), содержащий корпус статора, имеющий роторную камеру (10, 12) для принятия, по меньшей мере, осевых удлинений, и первое и второе уплотнения (18, 20), закрепленные вокруг первого и второго осевых удлинений, причем осевые удлинения оснащены каналами для подачи жидкости, взаимодействующими с соответствующими первым и вторым уплотнениями для создания первого и второго клапанов, которые открывают и закрывают распространение жидкости по соответствующему уплотнению как функцию, по меньшей мере, углового смещения ротора, отличающийся тем, что насосный модуль содержит третье уплотнение, закрепленное вокруг второго осевого удлинения вблизи участка двигателя (34) ротора и ограничивающее выходной участок (12) роторной камеры.
2. Насос по п.1, дополнительно содержащий взаимодействующие кулачковые элементы (42, 44) на роторе и статоре и механизм смещения, действующий на роторе для приложения силы на роторе в осевом направлении кулачкового элемента статора.
3. Насос по п.2, в котором кулачковые элементы (42, 44) имеют такую конфигурацию, что они разделены определенным осевым расстоянием h при угловом положении, когда оба клапана закрыты.
4. Насос по п.3, в котором кулачковые элементы содержат опорные заплечики (68, 70), зацепляемые при обратном вращении ротора для определения углового эталонного положения ротора относительно статора.
5. Насос по любому из пп.2-4, в котором кулачковый элемент (42), предусмотренный вокруг статора, имеет форму выступа, а кулачковый элемент (44) на роторе предусмотрен на участке двигателя (34), от которого простираются осевые удлинения (14, 16), причем кулачковый элемент (44) ротора содержит кулачковую поверхность (48), проходящую по дуге и имеющую переменную осевую высоту как функцию углового положения.
6. Насос по п.1, в котором механизм смещения содержит пружину (50), прикрепленную к статору и прижимающуюся к ротору.
7. Насос по п.1, в котором вход (26) насоса расположен в конце первого осевого удлинения (14) ротора.
8. Насос по п.7, в котором участок корпуса (40), определяющий вход насоса, образует одно целое с резервуаром, содержащим перекачиваемую жидкость.
9. Насос по п.1, в котором первое и второе уплотнения образованы как один цельный уплотнительный элемент (30).
10. Насос по п.1, в котором уплотнения изготовлены литьевым формованием, по меньшей мере, с частью корпуса статора.
11. Насос по п.1, в котором выход насоса расположен в конце первого осевого удлинения ротора.
