Abstract
1. Спеченное изделие, полученное из исходной шихты, содержащей 75-99 мас.% циркона, рассчитанных по оксидам, где исходные материалы представляют собой порошки, имеющие медианный размер менее 5 мкм, где указанное спеченное изделие имеет следующий среднемассовый химический состав, рассчитанный по оксидам: ! 60 мас.%≤ZrO2≤72,8 мас.%, ! 27 мас.%≤SiO2≤36 мас.%, ! 0,1 мас.%≤В2O3+GeO2+P2O5+Sb2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+V2O5, ! 0,1 мас.%≤ZnO+PbO+CdO, ! В2O3+GeO2+Р2O5+Sb2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+V2O5+ZnO+PbO+CdO≤5 мас.%, ! 0 масс.%≤Al2O3+TiO2+MgO+Fe2O3+NiO+MnO2+CoO+CuO≤5 мас.%, ! другие оксиды: ≤1,5 мас.%, ! в общей сумме 100 мас.%. ! 2. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где ! 0,1 мас.%≤GeO2+Р2O5+Nb2O5+Та2O5, и/или ! 0,1 мас.%≤ZnO, и/или ! GeO2+Р2O5+Nb2O5+Та2O5+ZnO≤5 мас.%. ! 3. Спеченное изделие по любому из пп.1-2, где содержание Та2O5 составляет более 0,3 мас.% и менее 3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 4. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание Ta2O5 составляет более 0,8 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 5. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание ZnO составляет более 0,3 мас.% и менее 3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 6. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание ZnO составляет более 0,8 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 7. Спеченное изделие по п.1, содержащее более 0,05 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам, по меньшей мере одного оксида из Al2O3, TiO2, MgO, Fe2O3, NiO, MnO2, CoO и CuO. ! 8. Спеченное изделие по п.1, содержащее более 0,3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам, по меньшей мере двух оксидов из Al2O3, TiO2, MgO, Fe2O3, NiO, MnO2, CoO и CuO. ! 9. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой химический состав, что 0,05 мас.%<Al2O3+TiO2<3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 10. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой химический состав, что 0,9 мас.%<Al2O3+TiO2, рассчитанных по оксидам. ! 11. Claims (17)
1. Спеченное изделие, полученное из исходной шихты, содержащей 75-99 мас.% циркона, рассчитанных по оксидам, где исходные материалы представляют собой порошки, имеющие медианный размер менее 5 мкм, где указанное спеченное изделие имеет следующий среднемассовый химический состав, рассчитанный по оксидам:
60 мас.%≤ZrO2≤72,8 мас.%,
27 мас.%≤SiO2≤36 мас.%,
0,1 мас.%≤В2O3+GeO2+P2O5+Sb2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+V2O5,
0,1 мас.%≤ZnO+PbO+CdO,
В2O3+GeO2+Р2O5+Sb2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5+V2O5+ZnO+PbO+CdO≤5 мас.%,
0 масс.%≤Al2O3+TiO2+MgO+Fe2O3+NiO+MnO2+CoO+CuO≤5 мас.%,
другие оксиды: ≤1,5 мас.%,
в общей сумме 100 мас.%.
2. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где
0,1 мас.%≤GeO2+Р2O5+Nb2O5+Та2O5, и/или
0,1 мас.%≤ZnO, и/или
GeO2+Р2O5+Nb2O5+Та2O5+ZnO≤5 мас.%.
3. Спеченное изделие по любому из пп.1-2, где содержание Та2O5 составляет более 0,3 мас.% и менее 3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
4. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание Ta2O5 составляет более 0,8 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
5. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание ZnO составляет более 0,3 мас.% и менее 3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
6. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание ZnO составляет более 0,8 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
7. Спеченное изделие по п.1, содержащее более 0,05 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам, по меньшей мере одного оксида из Al2O3, TiO2, MgO, Fe2O3, NiO, MnO2, CoO и CuO.
8. Спеченное изделие по п.1, содержащее более 0,3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам, по меньшей мере двух оксидов из Al2O3, TiO2, MgO, Fe2O3, NiO, MnO2, CoO и CuO.
9. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой химический состав, что 0,05 мас.%<Al2O3+TiO2<3 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
10. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой химический состав, что 0,9 мас.%<Al2O3+TiO2, рассчитанных по оксидам.
11. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой среднемассовый химический состав, рассчитанный по оксидам, что:
60 мас.%≤ZrO2≤72,4 мас.%,
27 мас.%≤SiO2≤36 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤В2O3+Nb2O5+Ta2O5≤2,5 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤ZnO≤2,5 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤Al2O3+TiO2+MgO+NiO+MnO2+CoO+CuO≤3 мас.%,
другие оксиды: ≤1,5 мас.%,
в общей сумме 100 мас.%.
12. Спеченное изделие по п.1, имеющее такой среднемассовый химический состав, рассчитанный по оксидам, что:
60 мас.%≤ZrO2≤72,4 мас.%,
27 мас.%≤SiO2≤36 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤Nb2O5+Та2O5≤2,5 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤ZnO≤2,5 мас.%,
0,2 мас.%≤Al2O3+TiO2≤2 мас.%,
другие оксиды: ≤1,5 мас.%,
в общей сумме 100 мас.%.
13. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание других оксидов составляет менее 0,5 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
14. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание оксида иттрия Y2O3 составляет менее 0,5 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
15. Спеченное изделие по п.1, где содержание циркона составляет более 5 мас.%, рассчитанных по оксидам.
16. Применение изделия по любому из пп.1-15 в области стеклоплавильной печи, где указанное изделие контактирует с расплавленным стеклом.
17. Применение по п.16 для улучшения устойчивости к выпотеванию.
