Abstract
1. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт, который может быть получен при взаимодействии органического полиизоцианатного компонента с полиольным компонентом, содержащим реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатным группам атомы водорода, с индексом, составляющим величину от 100 до 400, в присутствии подходящих вспомогательных веществ и добавок, пенообразователей и воды, а также катализаторов, причем полиольный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один сложный полиэфирполиол и один простой полиэфирполиол, и при этом объемное соотношение полиольного компонента к органическому полиизоцианатному компоненту составляет от 100 к 100 до 100 к 110. ! 2. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт по п.1, у которого значение индекса лежит в области от 185 до 250. ! 3. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт по п.1, для которого в качестве органического полиизоцианатного компонента применяются смеси из изомеров дифенилметандиизоцианата (МДИ) и его высших гомологов с содержанием NCO от 28 до 32 мас.%, в качестве полиольного компонента применяется смесь сложных полиэфирполиолов на основе полиэтилентерефталата с OH-числом от 220 до 260 мг КОН/г и вязкостью от 1500 до 2500 мПа·с при 25°C, а также функциональностью от 2 до 2,5, а также простой полиэфирполиол с OH-числом от 450 до 500 мг КОН/г и функциональностью от 5 до 6 на основе пропиленоксида с сорбитолом и 1,2-пропиленгликолем в качестве стартера, с индексом от 185 до 250, в присутствии воды и пенообразователей, а также катализаторов. ! 4. Способ получения твердых ПИР-пенопластов по пп.1-3, при котором органический полиизоцианатный компонент обрабатывается полиольным компонентом, содержащим соединения с реакционно-способными по отношению к изоцианатным группам ат�
Claims (6)
1. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт, который может быть получен при взаимодействии органического полиизоцианатного компонента с полиольным компонентом, содержащим реакционноспособные по отношению к изоцианатным группам атомы водорода, с индексом, составляющим величину от 100 до 400, в присутствии подходящих вспомогательных веществ и добавок, пенообразователей и воды, а также катализаторов, причем полиольный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один сложный полиэфирполиол и один простой полиэфирполиол, и при этом объемное соотношение полиольного компонента к органическому полиизоцианатному компоненту составляет от 100 к 100 до 100 к 110.
2. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт по п.1, у которого значение индекса лежит в области от 185 до 250.
3. Твердый ПИР-пенопласт по п.1, для которого в качестве органического полиизоцианатного компонента применяются смеси из изомеров дифенилметандиизоцианата (МДИ) и его высших гомологов с содержанием NCO от 28 до 32 мас.%, в качестве полиольного компонента применяется смесь сложных полиэфирполиолов на основе полиэтилентерефталата с OH-числом от 220 до 260 мг КОН/г и вязкостью от 1500 до 2500 мПа·с при 25°C, а также функциональностью от 2 до 2,5, а также простой полиэфирполиол с OH-числом от 450 до 500 мг КОН/г и функциональностью от 5 до 6 на основе пропиленоксида с сорбитолом и 1,2-пропиленгликолем в качестве стартера, с индексом от 185 до 250, в присутствии воды и пенообразователей, а также катализаторов.

Способ получения твердых ПИР-пенопластов по пп.1-3, при котором органический полиизоцианатный компонент обрабатывается полиольным компонентом, содержащим соединения с реакционно-способными по отношению к изоцианатным группам атомами водорода, с индексом, составляющим величину от 100 до 400, в присутствии подходящих вспомогательных веществ и добавок, пенообразователей и воды, а также катализаторов, по способу с использованием литья, причем полиольный компонент содержит, по меньшей мере, один сложный полиэфирполиол и один простой полиэфирполиол, и при этом объемное соотношение полиольного компонента к органическому полиизоцианатному компоненту составляет от 100 к 100 до 100 к 110.
5. Применение твердых ПИР-пенопластов по пп.1-3 для изоляции цистерн, резервуаров, в частности резервуаров для созревания пива.
6. Стенки резервуаров для созревания пива, содержащие твердые ПИР-пенопласты по пп.1-3.
