Abstract
1. Применение алкилполигликозидов в качестве стабилизаторов для полиуретановых пен. ! 2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что наряду со стабилизацией достигают также гидрофилизации пен. !3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в случае полиуретановых пен речь идет о тех, которые получают физическим высушиванием водных полиуретановых дисперсий. ! 4. Применение по одному из пп.1-3, отличающееся тем, что в качестве алкилполигликозидов используют алкилполигликозиды формулы (I): ! ! 5. Композиция, содержащая водную полиуретановую дисперсию (I), которая гидрофилизована анионами, и пенообразующие добавки (II), причем эти пенообразующие добавки (II) включают по меньшей мере один алкилполигликозид. ! 6. Композиция по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что содержащуюся в них водную полиуретановую дисперсию (I), которая гидрофилизована анионами, можно получить благодаря тому, что ! A) форполимеры с изоцианатной функцией получают, по меньшей мере, из ! А1) органических полиизоцианатов ! А2) полимерных полиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 400 до 8000 г/моль и ОН-функциональностью от 1,5 до 6 и ! A3) при необходимости, гидроксилсодержащих соединений с молекулярными массами от 62 до 399 г/моль и ! А4) при необходимости, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам агентов гидрофилизации анионного или потенциально анионного и/или, при необходимости, неионного характера, ! B) затем их свободные NСО-группы полностью или частично, с удлинением цепи, реагируют ! Claims (12)
1. Применение алкилполигликозидов в качестве стабилизаторов для полиуретановых пен.
2. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что наряду со стабилизацией достигают также гидрофилизации пен.
3. Применение по п.1, отличающееся тем, что в случае полиуретановых пен речь идет о тех, которые получают физическим высушиванием водных полиуретановых дисперсий.
5. Композиция, содержащая водную полиуретановую дисперсию (I), которая гидрофилизована анионами, и пенообразующие добавки (II), причем эти пенообразующие добавки (II) включают по меньшей мере один алкилполигликозид.
6. Композиция по п.5, отличающаяся тем, что содержащуюся в них водную полиуретановую дисперсию (I), которая гидрофилизована анионами, можно получить благодаря тому, что
A) форполимеры с изоцианатной функцией получают, по меньшей мере, из
А1) органических полиизоцианатов
А2) полимерных полиолов со среднечисленными молекулярными массами от 400 до 8000 г/моль и ОН-функциональностью от 1,5 до 6 и
A3) при необходимости, гидроксилсодержащих соединений с молекулярными массами от 62 до 399 г/моль и
А4) при необходимости, реакционноспособных по отношению к изоцианатам агентов гидрофилизации анионного или потенциально анионного и/или, при необходимости, неионного характера,
B) затем их свободные NСО-группы полностью или частично, с удлинением цепи, реагируют
B1) при необходимости, с соединениями, содержащими аминогруппы, с молекулярными массами от 32 до 400 г/моль и/или
B2) реакционноспособными по отношению к изоцианатам, предпочтительно содержащими аминогруппы агентами гидрофилизации анионного или потенциально анионного характера,
и форполимеры диспергируют в воде перед, во время или после стадии В), нее, причем, при необходимости, присутствующие потенциально ионные группы с помощью нейтрализатора полностью или частично переводят в ионную форму.
7. Композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что при получении водных полиуретановых дисперсий (I), которые гидрофилизованы анионами, в А1) используют 1,6-гексаметилендиизоцианат, изофорон-диизоцианат, изомерные бис-(4,4'-изоцианатоциклогексил)метаны, а также их смеси, и в А2) применяют смесь поликарбонат- и политетраметиленгликоль-полиолов, причем суммарная доля поликарбонат- и простых политетраметиленгликольполиэфир-полиолов в компоненте А2) составляет по меньшей мере 70 мас.%.
9. Композиция по одному из пп.5-8, отличающаяся тем, что дополнительно к алкилполигликозидам она содержит также сложный эфир сульфоянтарной кислоты и/или алканоаты щелочных или щелочноземельных металлов.
10. Способ получения полиуретановых пен, по которому композицию по одному из пп.5-9 вспенивают и высушивают.
11. Полиуретановая пена, полученная по п.10.
12. Применение полиуретановой пены по п.11 в качестве раневых повязок.
