СИД, содержащий керамический гранатовый материал на основе АИГ, причем этот керамический гранатовый материал на основе АИГ содержит по меньшей мере один многоузельный элемент, способный занимать октаэдрические и/или додекаэдрические узлы внутри керамического гранатового материала на основе АИГ, при этом концентрация упомянутого по меньшей мере одного многоузельного элемента составляет от ≥0,1 атом.% до ≤0,7 атом.% от суммы катионов в структуре граната, при этом упомянутый по меньшей мере один многоузельный элемент выбран из группы, содержащей Sc, Ga и их смеси, и при этом частное суммы (Y, Lu, Gd, Pr, Sm, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, La, Ce, Ca) и суммы (Sc, Ga, Al, B, Mg, Si, Ge, Zr, Hf) в керамическом гранатовом материале составляет от ≥0,590 до ≤0,610. ! 2. СИД, содержащий керамический гранатовый материал на основе АИГ, причем этот керамический гранатовый материал на основе АИГ содержит по меньшей мере один многоузельный элемент, способный занимать октаэдрические и/или додекаэдрические узлы внутри керамического гранатового материала на основе АИГ, при этом концентрация упомянутого по меньшей мере одного многоузельного элемента составляет от ≥0,1 атом.% до ≤0,7 атом.% от суммы катионов в структуре граната, при этом упомянутый по меньшей мере один многоузельный элемент выбран из группы, содержащей Sc, Ga и их смеси, и при этом частное суммы (Y, Lu, Gd, Pr, Sm, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, La, Ce, Ca) и суммы (Sc, Ga, Al, B, Mg, Si, Ge, Zr, Hf) в керамическом гранатовом материале составляет от ≥0,590 до ≤0,610.
2. Система, содержащая светоизлучающий прибор по п.1, причем эта система применяется по одному или более из следующих назначений:

системы бытового применения,
системы освещения торговых помещений,
системы домашнего освещения,
системы направленного освещения,
системы точечного освещения,
системы театрального освещения,
системы волоконно-оптического применения,
проекционные системы,
самосветящиеся индикаторные системы,
пикселированные индикаторные системы,
сегментированные индикаторные системы,
системы предупредительных знаков,
системы медицинского освещения,
системы указательных знаков и
системы декоративного освещения,
портативные системы,
автомобильные применения,
системы освещения теплиц,
оконные материалы и оконные применения,
системы лазерного применения, особенно для поликристаллических лазерных материалов с гранатовой решеткой-хозяином,
корпуса светоизлучающих приборов, особенно для разрядных ламп высокой интенсивности (НID),
оптические линзы или элементы с высоким показателем преломления.
