Abstract

本发明涉及一种发光砖,其可贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板上,所述发光砖包括作为光源的至少一发光二极管及一砖体。所述至少一发光二极管与所述砖体光学耦合。所述砖体包括一出光面及一与所述出光面相对的接合面,所述砖体通过所述接合面分别贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板,所述至少一发光二极管发射的光线经所述砖体透射后从所述出光面出射。所述发光砖通过设置至少一发光二极管以提供照明,从而达成既可作为室内外的装修产品以美化环境,又可用于照明的双重目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光砖。
背景技术
现有的灯具,如荧光灯、白炽灯等,由于体积较大,其通常需提供专门的场所放置,如悬挂在墙壁上或放置在桌面上以在夜间或光线无法到达的地方提供照明。
随着照明技术的发展,目前市面上的灯具越来越朝着小型化、模组化的方向发展。发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)由于具有发光效率高、体积小、寿命长、污染低等特性,故其诞生为灯具的发展带来了契机。发光二极管的研究可参阅Rong-Ting Huang等人在1998年IEEE Transactions on Flectron Devices上发表的论文Design and fabrication ofAlGaInP LED array with integrated GaAs decode circuits。
目前市面上所使用的砖,如瓷砖、地砖等,其一般都不能发光,且其通常为非透明材料所制成,故无法提供照明。
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种发光砖,其既可作为室内外的装修产品以美化环境,又可用于提供照明。
发明内容
下面将以实施例说明一种既可提供照明又能美化环境的发光砖。
一种发光砖,其可贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板上,所述发光砖包括:至少一发光二极管以作为光源;一与所述至少一发光二极管光学耦合的砖体,所述砖体包括一出光面及一与所述出光面相对的接合面,所述砖体通过所述接合面分别贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板,所述至少一发光二极管发射的光线经所述砖体透射后从所述出光面出射。
相对于现有技术,所述发光砖通过设置至少一发光二极管以提供照明,从而达成既可作为室内外的装修产品以美化环境,又可用于照明的双重目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,以对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明第一实施例提供的一种发光砖10,其可设置于地面、墙壁及天花板上,所述发光砖10包括至少一发光二极管11及一砖体12。所述至少一发光二极管11作为发光砖10的光源使用,所述砖体12为一透明体。
所述砖体12与至少一发光二极管11光学耦合,其可采用塑料或强化玻璃(TemperedGlass)制成,所述塑料可选用PMMA(Polymethylmethacrylate,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、PC(Poly Carbonate,聚碳酸脂)、硅树脂(silicone)等透明材质制作。具体地,该砖体12可为一长方形结构,其包括一出光面122及一接合面124,所述接合面124与所述出光面122相对。进一步地,所述砖体12还包括至少一入光面120,所述至少一入光面120与所述出光面122相交。在本实施例中,所述入光面120可为长方形结构的侧面,因此,该入光面120可设置为多个,即该长方形结构的四个侧面都可设置为入光面120。
所述至少一发光二极管11相对所述入光面120设置。该至少一发光二极管11发射的光线经入光面120入射至砖体12后,由砖体12对其进行引导,使其从砖体12上的出光面122出射。可以理解的是,该至少一发光二极管11的数目可设置为多个,且该多个发光二极管11可围绕砖体12的四个侧面,即四个入光面120设置,以增强发光砖10的发光亮度。
另外,所述砖体12的入光面120还可开设至少一收容槽以容纳至少一发光二极管11,从而使发光砖10的体积进一步小型化。
请参阅图2及图3,本发明第二实施例提供的一种发光砖20,与本发明第一实施例提供的发光砖10相比,其差异在于:至少一发光二极管21发射的光线通过接合面220入射至砖体22,且所述接合面220开设至少一收容槽23以容纳至少一发光二极管21。
所述至少一发光二极管21的数目并不限于图2所示的一个,其也可设置为多个,如图3所示的五个,或其它大于或等于两个的数目,以增加发光砖20的发光亮度。
请参阅图4,本发明第三实施例提供的一种发光砖30,与本发明第一实施例提供的发光砖10相比,其差异在于:砖体32的出光面322设置多个微细结构3220,且所述砖体32的接合面324形成一反射膜3240。
可以理解的是,通过于所述砖体32的出光面322设置多个微细结构3220,可进一步提高从出光面322出射的光的亮度,而由于发光砖30通常作为地砖铺设于地面上,因此,所述多个微细结构3220还具有使出光面322粗糙化,从而使发光砖30具有防滑的功能。具体地,所述微细结构3220可为V形槽(V-cut)或是印刷网点。当然,该出光面322还可经由表面硬化处理以增强其硬度,从而延长发光砖30的使用寿命。
所述至少一发光二极管31发射的光线到达接合面324后,可由反射膜3240反射至出光面322,从而达到防止至少一发光二极管31发射的光线从接合面324泄露出去而降低发光砖30的发光亮度的目的。
所述至少一发光二极管31的数目可设置为多个,且每个发光二极管31可分别包括一个发光芯片,优选地,所述多个发光二极管31所包含的多个发光芯片,其发光颜色可设置为不同,从而可通过电连接一控制集成电路(Integrated Circuit)以控制所述多个发光芯片组合发光,使多个发光二极管31显示变化的多种颜色,达到丰富发光砖30的显示效果的目的。
所述控制集成电路可设置为一专用集成电路(Application Specific IntegratedCircuit,ASIC),可以理解的是,所述每个发光二极管31也可包括多个可发出不同颜色光的发光芯片,从而通过所述控制集成电路可进一步控制发光砖30发出更加炫丽的色彩。
本发明第一、第二、第三实施例所述的发光砖10、20、30,其通过设置至少一发光二极管11、21、31以提供照明,从而达成既可作为室内外的装修产品以美化环境,又可用于照明的双重目的。
可以理解的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术构思做出其它各种对应的改变与变形,而所有这些改变与变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光砖,其可贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板上,所述发光砖包括:
至少一发光二极管以作为光源;
一与所述至少一发光二极管光学耦合的砖体,所述砖体包括一出光面及一与所述出光面相对的接合面,所述砖体通过所述接合面分别贴覆在地面、墙壁及天花板,所述至少一发光二极管发射的光线经所述砖体透射后从所述出光面出射。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体进一步包括至少一入光面,所述至少一入光面与所述出光面相交,所述至少一发光二极管发射的光线通过所述至少一入光面入射至所述砖体。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述至少一发光二极管发射的光线通过所述接合面入射至所述砖体。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体为塑料或强化玻璃所制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述至少一发光二极管包括多个发光芯片。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体的出光面形成多个微细结构。
7.如权利要求2所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体包括开设于入光面上的至少一收容槽,所述至少一收容槽用于容纳至少一发光二极管。
8.如权利要求3所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体包括开设于接合面上的至少一收容槽,所述至少一收容槽用于容纳至少一发光二极管。
9.如权利要求3所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述砖体的接合面形成一反射膜。
10.如权利要求4所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述塑料为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚碳酸脂。
11.如权利要求5所述的发光砖,其特征在于,所述发光砖进一步包括一控制集成电路,所述控制集成电路用于控制所述多个发光芯片组合发光以使至少一发光二极管显示多种颜色。
