Abstract

1. Катализатор, подходящий для катализирования реакции Фишера-Тропша, включающий металлический кобальт, нанесенный на оксид цинка и имеющий следующее распределение размера частиц по объему: ! <10% имеет размер частиц ниже 1 мкм, ! 70-99% имеет размер частиц между 1 и 5 мкм, и ! <20% имеет размер частиц выше 5 мкм. ! 2. Катализатор по п.1, имеющий следующее распределение размера частиц по объему: ! <10% имеет размер частиц ниже 1 мкм, ! 75-95% имеет размер частиц между 1 и 5 мкм, и ! <15% имеет размер частиц выше 5 мкм. ! 3. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором средняя объемная величина частиц составляет менее чем 25 мкм, предпочтительно от 1,5 до 15 мкм. ! 4. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором объем пор главным образом образован порами, имеющими диаметр в диапазоне 5-100 нм. ! 5. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором объем пор составляет менее чем 0,5 мл/г, предпочтительно менее чем 0,45 мл/г. ! 6. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором удельная поверхность составляет менее чем 120 м2/г, предпочтительно находится в диапазоне 5-100 м2/г. ! 7. Катализатор по п.1 или п.2, в котором атомное соотношение цинка к кобальту находится в диапазоне 75 : 0,1, предпочтительно 40 : 0,1. ! 8. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором присутствует один или несколько промоторов, таких как рутений, гафний, платина, цирконий, палладий, рений, церий, лантан или их комбинация, обычно при атомном соотношении кобальта к промотору вплоть до 10:1. ! 9. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий по меньшей мере один элемент соединений из группы IIIa, предпочтительно в концентрации 0,1-60, более предпочтительно 0,1-10 мас.% вес катализатора. ! 10. Claims (11)

1. Катализатор, подходящий для катализирования реакции Фишера-Тропша, включающий металлический кобальт, нанесенный на оксид цинка и имеющий следующее распределение размера частиц по объему:
<10% имеет размер частиц ниже 1 мкм,
70-99% имеет размер частиц между 1 и 5 мкм, и
<20% имеет размер частиц выше 5 мкм.
2. Катализатор по п.1, имеющий следующее распределение размера частиц по объему:
<10% имеет размер частиц ниже 1 мкм,
75-95% имеет размер частиц между 1 и 5 мкм, и
<15% имеет размер частиц выше 5 мкм.
3. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором средняя объемная величина частиц составляет менее чем 25 мкм, предпочтительно от 1,5 до 15 мкм.
4. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором объем пор главным образом образован порами, имеющими диаметр в диапазоне 5-100 нм.
5. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором объем пор составляет менее чем 0,5 мл/г, предпочтительно менее чем 0,45 мл/г.
6. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором удельная поверхность составляет менее чем 120 м2/г, предпочтительно находится в диапазоне 5-100 м2/г.
7. Катализатор по п.1 или п.2, в котором атомное соотношение цинка к кобальту находится в диапазоне 75 : 0,1, предпочтительно 40 : 0,1.
8. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, в котором присутствует один или несколько промоторов, таких как рутений, гафний, платина, цирконий, палладий, рений, церий, лантан или их комбинация, обычно при атомном соотношении кобальта к промотору вплоть до 10:1.
9. Катализатор по п.1 или 2, дополнительно включающий по меньшей мере один элемент соединений из группы IIIa, предпочтительно в концентрации 0,1-60, более предпочтительно 0,1-10 мас.% вес катализатора.
10. Применение катализатора по любому из пп.1-9 в способе Фишера-Тропша или гидрогенизации функциональных групп.
11. Способ Фишера-Тропша, который характеризуется тем, что применяют катализатор по пп.1-9.
