Abstract
1. Способ изготовления термически обработанного имеющего покрытие изделия, включающий: ! получение покрытия на стеклянной подложке, причем покрытие включает слой на основе нитрида циркония; ! термическую закалку стеклянной подложки со слоем на основе нитрида циркония на ней, так что закалка вызывает трансформацию слоя на основе нитрида циркония в слой, включающий оксид циркония (ZrxOy), где y/x равно от примерно 1,2 до 2,5; и ! формирование после указанной закалки фотокаталитического слоя, включающего анатаз TiO2, на стеклянной подложке над слоем, включающим оксид циркония (ZrxOy), и непосредственно контактирующего с ним. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где x/y равно от примерно 1,4 до 2,1. ! 3. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой изначально осажден во влажной форме, включающей коллоиды диоксида титана в растворе. ! 4. Способ по п.3, где коллоиды диоксида титана образуют от примерно 0,1 до 2% влажного покрытия, изначально сформированного при изготовлении фотокаталитического слоя. ! 5. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой дополнительно включает частицы серебра и представляет собой самый внешний слой имеющего покрытие изделия. ! 6. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой создан таким образом, что его показатель преломления не отличается более чем на 0,1 от показателя преломления слоя, включающего оксид циркония (ZrxOy). ! 7. Claims (29)
1. Способ изготовления термически обработанного имеющего покрытие изделия, включающий:
получение покрытия на стеклянной подложке, причем покрытие включает слой на основе нитрида циркония;
термическую закалку стеклянной подложки со слоем на основе нитрида циркония на ней, так что закалка вызывает трансформацию слоя на основе нитрида циркония в слой, включающий оксид циркония (ZrxOy), где y/x равно от примерно 1,2 до 2,5; и
формирование после указанной закалки фотокаталитического слоя, включающего анатаз TiO2, на стеклянной подложке над слоем, включающим оксид циркония (ZrxOy), и непосредственно контактирующего с ним.
2. Способ по п.1, где x/y равно от примерно 1,4 до 2,1.
3. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой изначально осажден во влажной форме, включающей коллоиды диоксида титана в растворе.
4. Способ по п.3, где коллоиды диоксида титана образуют от примерно 0,1 до 2% влажного покрытия, изначально сформированного при изготовлении фотокаталитического слоя.
5. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой дополнительно включает частицы серебра и представляет собой самый внешний слой имеющего покрытие изделия.
6. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой создан таким образом, что его показатель преломления не отличается более чем на 0,1 от показателя преломления слоя, включающего оксид циркония (ZrxOy).
7. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой, включающий анатаз TiO2, имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,75 до 2,15.
8. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой, включающий анатаз TiO2, имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,85 до 2,15.
9. Способ по п.1, где фотокаталитический слой, включающий анатаз TiO2, имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,90 до 2,10.
10. Способ по п.1, где слой на основе нитрида циркония дополнительно включает фтор и/или углерод.
11. Способ по п.1, где слой, включающий оксид циркония, дополнительно включает фтор и/или углерод.
12. Способ по п.1, где перед закалкой покрытие дополнительно включает слой, включающий алмазоподобный углерод, расположенный между стеклянной подложкой и слоем на основе нитрида циркония.
13. Способ по п.1, где перед закалкой покрытие дополнительно включает слой, включающий алмазоподобный углерод, расположенный на стеклянной подложке над, по меньшей мере, слоем на основе нитрида циркония.
14. Способ по п.1, где слой, включающий оксид циркония, включает нанокристаллическую структуру с кубической решеткой.
15. Способ по п.1, где слой, включающий оксид циркония, включает от примерно 50 до 70% кислорода.
16. Способ по п.1, где закаленное имеющее покрытие изделие имеет пропускание видимого света, по меньшей мере, 70%.
17. Способ изготовления термически обработанного имеющего покрытие изделия, включающий:
получение покрытия на стеклянной подложке, причем покрытие включает слой на основе нитрида и/или оксида циркония;

формирование после указанной закалки фотокаталитического слоя, включающего оксид металла, на стеклянной подложке над, по меньшей мере, слоем, включающим оксид циркония.
18. Способ по п.17, где фотокаталитический слой дополнительно включает частицы серебра и/или меди и представляет собой самый внешний слой имеющего покрытие изделия.
19. Способ по п.17, где фотокаталитический слой создан таким образом, что его показатель преломления (n) не отличается более чем на 0,1 от показателя преломления слоя, включающего оксид циркония.
20. Способ по п.17, где фотокаталитический слой включает оксид титана и имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,75 до 2,15.
21. Способ по п.17, где фотокаталитический слой включает оксид титана и имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,85 до 2,15, более предпочтительно от примерно 1,90 до 2,10.
22. Способ по п.17, где слой, включающий оксид циркония, включает нанокристаллическую структуру с кубической решеткой.
23. Способ по п.17, где закаленное имеющее покрытие изделие имеет пропускание видимого света, по меньшей мере, примерно 60%.
24. Имеющее покрытие изделие, включающее:
стеклянную подложку, имеющую, по меньшей мере, слой, включающий оксид циркония (ZrxOy), где y/x равно от примерно 1,2 до 2,5;
фотокаталитический слой на стеклянной подложке, расположенный над слоем, включающим оксид циркония, и непосредственно контактирующий с ним, где фотокаталитический слой включает оксид титана и имеет показатель преломления (n), который не отличается более чем на 0,1 от показателя преломления слоя, включающего оксид циркония.
25. Имеющее покрытие изделие по п.24, где слой, включающий оксид циркония, включает нанокристаллическую структуру с кубической решеткой.
26. Имеющее покрытие изделие по п.24, где фотокаталитический слой дополнительно включает частицы серебра и/или меди и представляет собой самый внешний слой имеющего покрытие изделия.
27. Имеющее покрытие изделие по п.24, где фотокаталитический слой имеет показатель преломления от примерно 1,85 до 2,15, более предпочтительно от примерно 1,90 до 2,10.
28. Имеющее покрытие изделие, включающее:
по меньшей мере, один слой, расположенный на стеклянной подложке;
фотокаталитический слой, расположенный на стеклянной подложке, над, по меньшей мере, одним слоем, где фотокаталитический слой включает каждый из: (a) активного оксида металла для взаимодействия с, по меньшей мере, некоторыми органическими соединениями и/или загрязнителями, которые могут вступать в контакт с поверхностью имеющего покрытие изделия, и их деструкции и (b) серебра и/или меди.
29. Имеющее покрытие изделие по п.28, где металл представляет собой титан.
