Abstract

1. Звукоизолирующий листовой материал, содержащий в слоистой сборке а) основной звукопоглощающий листовой материал и б) плотную пористую мембрану, при этом мембрана характеризуется i) сопротивлением воздушному потоку примерно 10000 рейл или менее и ii) коэффициентом акустического качества, как определено здесь, по меньшей мере примерно 3000. ! 2. Листовой материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мембрана имеет толщину 150 микрометров или менее. ! 3. Листовой материал по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мембрана характеризуется коэффициентом акустического качества по меньшей мере 10000. ! 4. Листовой материал п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мембрана характеризуется коэффициентом сопротивления воздушному потоку примерно 2000 рейл или менее. ! 5. Способ звукоизоляции пространства, содержащий этап, на котором устанавливают в двумерной матрице по воздушному проему и в положении, обеспечивающем ослабление шума от источника шума, плотную пористую самоподдерживающуюся мембрану, характеризующуюся сопротивлением воздушному потоку примерно 5000 рейл или менее и коэффициентом акустического качества по меньшей мере 3000. ! 6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит этап, на котором устанавливают более воздушный, нетканый волоконный листовой материал в слоистой сборке с мембраной.

Claims (6)

1. Звукоизолирующий листовой материал, содержащий в слоистой сборке а) основной звукопоглощающий листовой материал и б) плотную пористую мембрану, при этом мембрана характеризуется i) сопротивлением воздушному потоку примерно 10000 рейл или менее и ii) коэффициентом акустического качества, как определено здесь, по меньшей мере примерно 3000.
2. Листовой материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что мембрана имеет толщину 150 микрометров или менее.
3. Листовой материал по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мембрана характеризуется коэффициентом акустического качества по меньшей мере 10000.
4. Листовой материал п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что мембрана характеризуется коэффициентом сопротивления воздушному потоку примерно 2000 рейл или менее.
5. Способ звукоизоляции пространства, содержащий этап, на котором устанавливают в двумерной матрице по воздушному проему и в положении, обеспечивающем ослабление шума от источника шума, плотную пористую самоподдерживающуюся мембрану, характеризующуюся сопротивлением воздушному потоку примерно 5000 рейл или менее и коэффициентом акустического качества по меньшей мере 3000.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно содержит этап, на котором устанавливают более воздушный, нетканый волоконный листовой материал в слоистой сборке с мембраной.
