Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления трубы с покрытием с отслаиваемым защитным слоем, при котором внутренняя центральная труба (1) изготавливается путем экструзии и калибровки, затем поверхность центральной трубы (1) нагревается перед нанесением на нее защитного слоя (7а) покрытия при прохождении через мундштук (7) для нанесения покрытий с последующим охлаждением слоя (7а) покрытия перед выходом готовой трубы (9) из процесса, отличающийся тем, что степень адгезии между центральной трубой (1) и слоем (7а) покрытия контролируется при помощи быстрого и эффективного нагрева поверхности центральной трубы (1) до заранее установленной температуры и путем контроля времени сварки и растягивания слоя покрытия, нанесенного на центральную трубу (1), посредством контролируемого уровня вакуума в мундштуке (7) для нанесения покрытий, обеспечивающим нанесение слоя покрытия на поверхность центральной трубы под наибольшим углом.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что после калибровки центральная труба (1) охлаждается в водяной ванне (4), и затем остаточная влага удаляется с поверхности центральной трубы (1) предпочтительно пропусканием центральной трубы (1) через кольцевую дутьевую головку (5).
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что поверхность центральной трубы (1) подготавливается посредством пропускания трубы через излучающий нагреватель (6), обеспечивающий быстрый, контролируемый и высокоэффективный нагрев.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что мундштук (7) для нанесения покрытий расположен максимально близко к излучающему нагревателю (6).
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что в мундштуке (7) для нанесения покрытий поток материала покрытия направляется более или менее радиально на центральную трубу (1) для соприкосновения с ней под углом между 45 и 90°, предпочтительно под углом между 60 и 80°.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что в мундштуке (7) для нанесения покрытий уровень вакуума устанавливается посредством внутренней вакуумной системы.
7. Способ по п.6, отличающийся тем, что труба (9) с покрытием пропускается через две или более перемещаемых по оси кольцевых дутьевых головок, имеющих регулируемый охлаждающий эффект.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что контроль времени сварки между слоем (7а) покрытия и центральной трубой (1) осуществляется путем подачи горячего воздуха на трубу (9) с покрытием при выходе из мундштука (7) для нанесения покрытий.
9. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что через мундштук (7) для нанесения покрытий пропускают инертный газ для минимизации риска окисления на поверхности нагретых пластиковых материалов.
10. Способ по одному из пп.1-9, отличающийся тем, что время сварки контролируется путем изменения толщины и температуры слоя (7а) покрытия и пропусканием центральной трубы через мундштук (7) для нанесения покрытий.
