Claims (12)

1. Водное средство для обработки металлической поверхности, содержащее кремнийорганическое соединение, в котором в одной молекуле две или более из функциональных групп (а) соответствуют формуле-SiR1R2R3 (где R1, R2 и R3, представляют взаимно независимые друг от друга алкильные группы, алкоксильные группы или гидроксильные группы, и, по меньшей мере, одна из них является алкоксильной группой) и, по меньшей мере, одна гидрофильная функциональная группа (b), выбрана из гидроксильных групп (которые отличаются от присутствующих в функциональных группах (а)), аминогрупп, карбоксильных групп, групп фосфорной, фосфоновой, сульфоновой кислот, полиоксиэтиленовых цепей и амидных групп, и имеющее молекулярный вес на одну функциональную группу (b), 100-10000.
2. Водное средство для обработки металлической поверхности, содержащее органическое соединение (А) с функциональной группой (I) и органическое соединение (В) с функциональной группой (II), способной к реакции с функциональной группой (I), и, по меньшей мере, с одной гидрофильной функциональной группой (III), выбранной из гидроксильных групп (которые отличаются от тех, что могут присутствовать в последующих функциональных группах (а)), первичных, вторичных и третичных аминогрупп, групп четвертичного аммония, групп фосфорной кислоты, групп фосфоновой кислоты, групп сульфоновой кислоты, первичных амидогрупп, вторичных амидогрупп и полиоксиэтиленовых цепей, все эти группы и цепи отличаются от включенных в функциональные группы (I) и/или функциональные группы (II), и, по меньшей мере, одно из органического соединения (А), и органического соединения (В) является органическим соединением силана, с функциональной группой (а), соответствующей формуле -SiR1R2R3 (где R1, R2 и R3 определены выше).
3. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по п.2, в котором каждая из функциональной группы (I) и функциональной группы (II), взаимно независимо друг от друга, по меньшей мере, являются одной функциональной группой, выбранной из гидроксильных групп (которые отличаются от тех, что могут присутствовать в функциональных группах (а)), глицидильных групп, первичных аминогрупп, вторичных аминогрупп, меркаптогрупп, изоцианатогрупп, карбоксильных групп, метилольных групп, активных метиленовых групп, имидогрупп, амидогрупп, карбонильных групп и винильных групп.
4. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по любому из пп.1-3, в которое включено соединение металла (С), содержащее ион двухвалетного или более высокой валентности металла (за исключением ионов Zr, Ti, Hf или Се в случае, когда соединением металла является коллоидная дисперсия.
5. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по п.4, в котором ион двухвалетного или более высокой валентности металла является, по меньшей мере, одним выбранным из Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Mg, Mn, Zn, W, Mo, Al, Ni, Co, Се и Ca ионов.
6. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по п.4, в котором массовое отношение содержания соединения металла (С) к содержанию Si, в функциональной группе (а), в покрытии, полученном из средства для обработки металлической поверхности, (C)/Si, составляет 0,01-10,0.
7. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по любому из пп.1-3, в котором продукт, получаемый по реакции самих кремнийорганических соединений или по реакции органического соединения (А) с органическим соединением (В) имеет, по меньшей мере, одну силоксановую связь, образующуюся конденсацией двух или более функциональных групп (а).
8. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по любому из пп.1-3, в которое включена, по меньшей мере, одна кислота (D), выбранная из фтористоводородной, органических и фосфорной кислот.
9. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по п.8, в котором массовое отношение содержания кислоты (D) к содержанию Si, в функциональной группе (а), в покрытии, полученном из средства для обработки металлической поверхности, (C)/Si, составляет 0,01-10,0.
10. Средство для обработки металлической поверхности по любому из пп.1-3, в которое включена коллоидная дисперсия (Е) простого вещества или соединения, по меньшей мере, одного элемента, выбранного из Si, Zr, Ti, Sn, Hf, Се и Nb.
11. Способ поверхностной обработки металлического материала, который включает нанесение средства для обработки металлической поверхности по любому из пп.1-3 на поверхность металлического материала и высушивание средства для обработки поверхности для формирования покрытия 10-3000 мг/м2 в пересчете на SiO2.
12. Металлический материал с поверхностью, обработанной способом по п.11.
