Claims (15)
1. Структура, включающая подложку и прокаленное антиадгезионное покрытие на подложке, включающее нижнее покрытие и верхнее фторполимерное покрытие, в котором упомянутое нижнее покрытие содержит магнитные чешуйки и множество частиц карбида кремния.
2. Структура по п.1, в которой по меньшей мере часть упомянутых магнитных чешуек не имеет индуцированной ориентации.
3. Структура по п.1, в которой упомянутые магнитные чешуйки состоят из нержавеющей стали.
4. Структура по п.1, в которой упомянутое нижнее покрытие включает грунтовочный слой и промежуточный слой, расположенный между упомянутым грунтовочным слоем и упомянутым верхним покрытием, при этом упомянутый промежуточный слой содержит чешуйки.
5. Структура по п.1, в которой упомянутый грунтовочный слой упомянутого антиадгезионного покрытия содержит частицы карбида кремния.
6. Структура по п.4, в которой упомянутый промежуточный слой дополнительно включает фторполимер.
7. Структура по п.4 или 5, в которой упомянутый грунтовочный слой дополнительно включает фторполимер.
8. Структура по п.4, в которой упомянутые магнитные чешуйки содержатся в упомянутом промежуточном слое.
9. Структура по п.4, в которой упомянутый промежуточный слой дополнительно включает фторполимер.
10. Структура по п.4, в которой упомянутый грунтовочный слой дополнительно включает оксид алюминия.
11. Структура по п.4, в которой упомянутый промежуточный слой дополнительно включает оксид алюминия.
12. Структура по п.1, в которой упомянутая подложка состоит из алюминия.
13. Структура по п.1, в которой упомянутая подложка состоит из нержавеющей стали.
14. Структура по п.1 или 5, в которой упомянутые частицы карбида кремния имеют средний размер в диапазоне приблизительно от 3 до приблизительно 100 мкм.
15. Структура по п.1 или 5, в которой упомянутые частицы карбида кремния имеют средний размер в диапазоне приблизительно от 5 до приблизительно 45 мкм.
