Claims (7)
1. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна, содержащий следующие операции:
(A) приготовление раствора N-метилморфолин-N-оксида путем растворения малого количества целлюлозного порошка от 0,01 до 5 мас.% в концентрированном жидком N-метилморфолин-К-оксиде (ММО);
(B) подачу в месильную машину раствора N-метилморфолин-N-оксида с растворенным в нем в малом количестве целлюлозным порошком и целлюлозного порошка, перемешивание, набухание и частичное растворение целлюлозы в месильной машине без снижения давления для получения пасты, а затем подачу пасты в экструдер для получения гомогенизированного раствора целлюлозы;
(C) формование раствора целлюлозы путем экструзии сквозь фильеру, затем затвердевание сформованного раствора целлюлозы, достигающего ванны затвердевания через воздушный слой для получения комплексной нити; и
(D) промывку, сушку, обработку маслом и намотку полученной комплексной нити.
2. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором на операции (А) температуру жидкого N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, содержащего малое количество растворенной в нем целлюлозы, поддерживают в диапазоне от 50 до 95°С.
3. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором температуру месильной машины, в которую на операции (В) подают раствор N-метилморфолин-N-оксида, содержащий малое количество растворенной в нем целлюлозы, поддерживают в диапазоне от 50 до 95°С.
4. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором готовый раствор целлюлозы, полученный растворением в экструдере на операции (В), содержит целлюлозу при концентрации от 5 до 20 мас.% от общей массы раствора.
5. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором раствор N-метилморфолин-N-оксида на операции (А) содержит влагу в количестве от 10 до 18 мас.% от общей массы раствора.
6. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором жидкий N-метилморфолин-N-оксид, содержащий малое количество растворенной в нем целлюлозы, подают в месильную машину на операции (В) при температуре от 50 до 95°С.
7. Способ получения целлюлозного волокна по п.1, в котором целлюлозный порошок на операции (А) или на операции (В) смешивают с другими полимерными материалами.
