Abstract
1. Способ стыкового соединения кромок листа из эластичного материала, включающий следующие стадии:поддержку двух кромочных частей, по меньшей мере, одного листа, изготовленного из эластичного материала таким образом, чтобы две его кромки, которые должны быть соединены встык, были расположены друг напротив друга,вытягивание поверхностей этих двух кромочных частей в направлении центра между двумя кромками путем контакта пары вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей с соответствующими кромочными частями, перемещая при этом конические поверхности вдоль двух кромок, посредством чего две направленные друг напротив друга кромки приходят в контакт друг с другом с образованием стыкового соединения, причеммежду коническими поверхностями образуется небольшое пространство, так что после прохождения конических поверхностей эластичный материал, скапливающийся в этом небольшом пространстве, образует небольшой выступ в виде буртика вдоль стыкового соединения; иприжим этого небольшого выступа в виде буртика для выравнивания стыкового соединения.2. Способ по п.1, в котором при вытягивании поверхностей двух кромочных частей в направлении центра, поверхности на противоположной стороне этих двух кромочных частей поддерживают парой вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей.3. Способ по п.1, в котором прижим небольшого выступа в виде буртика осуществляют путем использования пары вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей, между которыми не образуется свободного пространства.4. Claims (14)
1. Способ стыкового соединения кромок листа из эластичного материала, включающий следующие стадии:
поддержку двух кромочных частей, по меньшей мере, одного листа, изготовленного из эластичного материала таким образом, чтобы две его кромки, которые должны быть соединены встык, были расположены друг напротив друга,
вытягивание поверхностей этих двух кромочных частей в направлении центра между двумя кромками путем контакта пары вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей с соответствующими кромочными частями, перемещая при этом конические поверхности вдоль двух кромок, посредством чего две направленные друг напротив друга кромки приходят в контакт друг с другом с образованием стыкового соединения, причем
между коническими поверхностями образуется небольшое пространство, так что после прохождения конических поверхностей эластичный материал, скапливающийся в этом небольшом пространстве, образует небольшой выступ в виде буртика вдоль стыкового соединения; и
прижим этого небольшого выступа в виде буртика для выравнивания стыкового соединения.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором при вытягивании поверхностей двух кромочных частей в направлении центра, поверхности на противоположной стороне этих двух кромочных частей поддерживают парой вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором прижим небольшого выступа в виде буртика осуществляют путем использования пары вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей, между которыми не образуется свободного пространства.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором при прижиме небольшого выступа в виде буртика, поверхности на противоположной выступу стороне поддерживают парой вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором движение конических поверхностей вдоль кромок начинается от среднего положения относительно общей длины кромок к одному из концов кромок таким образом, чтобы соединить встык часть между средним положением и указанным одним из концов; и
способ дополнительно включает стадию соединения встык оставшейся части между средним положением и другим концом кромок путем контакта другой пары вращающихся в противоположных направлениях конических поверхностей с соответствующими частями кромок при движении от среднего положения к другому концу.
6. Способ по п.5, в котором указанное среднее положение расположено на расстоянии более 50 мм от другого конца и расположено между этим другим концом и средней точкой, причем эта средняя точка находится между указанным первым концом и другим концом.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором ширина небольшого выступа в виде буртика составляет не более 2,0 мм, а высота его составляет не более 1,0 мм.
8. Установка для стыкового соединения кромок листа из эластичного материала, включающая
устройство для поддержки, по меньшей мере, одного листа, изготовленного из эластичного материала таким образом, чтобы две кромки указанного, по меньшей мере, одного листа, которые должны быть соединены встык, были расположены друг напротив друга,
соединительное устройство, включающее пару конических вращающих устройств, и
транспортер для перемещения соединительного устройства вдоль этих двух кромок, при этом каждое из парных конических вращающих устройств имеет внешнюю поверхность, которая определена как коническая поверхность усеченного, круглого в сечении конуса, имеющего кромку большого диаметра и кромку малого диаметра, и эти парные конические вращающие устройства установлены так, что их оси вращения находятся в одной плоскости и пересекают друг друга так, что кромки большого диаметра в некоторой точке прилегают друг к другу; каждая из этих конических поверхностей имеет общую линию контакта с поверхностью листа; и эти общие линии двух конических поверхностей наклонены в направлении, противоположном направлению движения соединительного устройства в направлении обеих сторон от центра между этими двумя коническим поверхностям таким образом, чтобы вытягивать поверхность контакта листа в направлении центра, причем между указанными прилегающими кромками большого диаметра имеется небольшой зазор таким образом, чтобы обеспечить эластичному материалу возможность скапливаться в нем, посредством чего при движении соединительного устройства вдоль этих двух кромок парные конические вращающие устройства вытягивают две кромки в направлении центра для соединения встык этих кромок, а эластичный материал, скопившийся в небольшом зазоре, формирует выступ в виде буртика вдоль стыкового соединения после прохождения конических вращающих устройств; при этом
установка дополнительно включает средства прижима выступа в виде буртика для выравнивания поверхности стыкового соединения.
9. Установка по п.8, где указанное соединительное устройство выполнено с возможностью перемещения от среднего положения относительно всей длины кромок к одному концу кромок таким образом, чтобы соединить встык часть между этим средним положением и указанным первым концом, при этом
установка дополнительно содержит второе соединительное устройство, включающее пару вторых конических вращающих устройств, и транспортер для перемещения этого второго соединительного устройства вдоль этих двух кромок, причем
второе соединительное устройство выполнено с возможностью перемещения от указанного среднего положения до другого конца кромок так, чтобы соединить встык часть между средним положением и другим концом, при этом
каждое из вторых парных конических вращающих устройств имеет внешнюю поверхность, которая определена как коническая поверхность усеченного, круглого в сечении конуса, имеющего кромку большого диаметра и кромку малого диаметра, и эти вторые парные конические вращающие устройства устроены так, что оси вращения их находятся в одной плоскости и пересекаются друг с другом так, что кромки большого диаметра прилегают друг к другу в некоторой точке; каждая из этих конических поверхностей имеет общую линию контакта с поверхностью листа; и эти общие линии этих двух конических поверхностей наклонены в направлении, противоположном направлению движения этого второго соединительного устройства в направлении обеих сторон от центра между этими коническими поверхностями так, чтобы вытягивать контактную поверхность листа в направлении центра.
10. Установка по п.9, в которой парные конические вращающие устройства указанного первого соединительного устройства приводят во вращение двигателем, регулируемым таким образом, чтобы скорость вращения этих конических вращающих устройств постепенно снижалась от среднего положения к указанному первому концу.
11. Установка по п.9 или 10, в которой указанное среднее положение расположено на расстоянии более 50 мм от другого конца и между указанным первым концом и средней точкой, при этом средняя точка находится между указанным первым концом и другим концом.
12. Установка по п.8, в которой указанный, по меньшей мере, один лист представляет собой единичный лист, имеющий указанную поверхность и обратную поверхность, и
указанное поддерживающее устройство представляет собой барабан, выполненный с возможностью вращения, вокруг которого этот лист намотан таким образом, чтобы внешние концы листа были расположены друг напротив друга, при этом внешние концы представляют собой указанные две кромки, которые должны быть соединены встык,
барабан на его внешней поверхности снабжен канавкой,
эта канавка проходит в существенной степени параллельно оси вращения барабана и имеет такую ширину, чтобы кромки листа, которые должны быть соединены встык, можно было расположить в пределах этой ширины, а поддерживающая пластина соединительного устройства могла проходить через эту канавку для поддержания обратной поверхности листа.
13. Установка по п.12, в которой указанное соединительное устройство дополнительно включает пару конических вращающих устройств, закрепленных на поддерживающей пластине таким образом, чтобы поддерживать обратную поверхность совместно с поддерживающей пластиной.
14. Установка по п.12, где лист изготовлен из невулканизированной резины и в него параллельно друг другу введены корды из органических волокон.
