Claims (31)
1. Способ воздействия на участок кожи, заключающийся в том, что
генерируют энергетическое пятно, имеющее малый диаметр, и
обеспечивают падение энергетического пятна на кожу для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину воздействия.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором диаметр пятна, выбранного размера меньше, чем расстояние между соседними волосами на коже.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором воздействием является удаление волоса, имеющего расширение волосяного фолликула, а глубину выбирают на уровне расширения волосяного фолликула.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором дополнительно выбирают длину волны света, пригодную для воздействия.
5. Способ воздействия на участок кожи, заключающийся в том, что
генерируют энергетическое пятно малого размера, падающее на кожу, для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину для воздействия на участок кожи, и
сканируют пятно малого размера по участку кожи, предназначенному для воздействия.
6. Способ воздействия на участок кожи, имеющий поверхность кожи, заключающийся в том, что
генерируют энергетическое пятно малого размера, падающее на поверхность кожи, для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину для воздействия на участок кожи, и
сканируют пятно малого размера по участку кожи, предназначенному для воздействия,
причем пятно имеет такой размер, что участок воздействия на требуемой глубине больше, чем размер пятна на поверхности кожи.
7. Способ регулирования энергии, используемой для воздействия на участок кожи, заключающийся в том, что
генерируют энергетическое пятно малого размера, падающее на поверхность кожи, для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину для воздействия на участок кожи,
перемещают пятно малого размера по участку кожу, предназначенному для воздействия,
измеряют скорость движения пятна по поверхности кожи, и
регулируют количество энергии, достигающей заданной глубины воздействия, в зависимости от скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором дополнительно
сканируют пятно малого размера по поверхности кожи со скоростью сканирования,
причем при регулировании количества энергии, достигающей заданной глубины воздействия, корректируют скорость сканирования.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором скорость сканирования корректируют в реальном времени.
10. Способ по п.7, в котором при регулировании количества энергии, достигающей заданной глубины воздействия, корректируют количество энергии в пятне, падающем на кожу.
11. Способ по п.7, в котором энергия, прикладываемая к коже, посылается импульсами со скоростью, достаточной, чтобы позволить коже остыть между импульсами для предотвращения нежелательного повреждения кожи.
12. Устройство для воздействия на кожу, содержащее источник энергии для генерации энергетического пятна малого размера, падающего из источника на кожу, для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину воздействия.
13. Устройство по п.12, в котором источником энергии является лазер, генерирующий свет на заданной длине волны для воздействия.
14. Устройство по п.12, в котором источник энергии выбран из группы, содержащей лазеры, лазерные диоды и импульсные лампы.
15. Устройство для воздействия на участок кожи, имеющий поверхность, содержащее
источник энергии для генерации размера энергетического пятна, падающего из источника на кожу, и
средство для сканирования энергетического пятна по поверхности кожи.
16. Устройство по п.15, в котором средство для сканирования содержит устройство, выбранное из группы, состоящей из гальванометрических сканирующих зеркал, линейных исполнительных механизмов, вращающихся оптических клиньев, обратных зеркал с кулачковым приводом и вращающихся многоугольников.
17. Устройство по п.15, в котором источник энергии для генерации пятна малого размера образует площадь воздействия на заданной глубине воздействия, имеющую больший размер, чем площадь пятна на поверхности кожи.
18. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее
средство для измерения скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи, и
регулятор, сообщающийся со средством для измерения скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи, причем регулятор регулирует количество энергии, достигающей заданной глубины воздействия, в зависимости от скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи.
19. Устройство по п.18, в котором регулятор сообщается со средством сканирования,
причем средство для сканирования сканирует пятно со скоростью сканирования, и
регулятор корректирует скорость сканирования в зависимости от скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи в реальном времени.
20. Устройство по п.18, в котором регулятор сообщается с источником энергии и корректирует интенсивность энергии, достигающей кожи, в зависимости от скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи в реальном времени.
21. Устройство по п.18, дополнительно содержащее индикатор, сообщающийся со средством для измерения скорости движения пятна по поверхности кожи,
причем индикатор указывает, когда скорость движения пятна по поверхности кожи выходит за пределы заданного диапазона.
22. Устройство по п.21, в котором индикатор выбран из группы, состоящей из звуковой, визуальной и тактильной сигнализации.
23. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее предохранитель, сообщающийся с источником энергии, для предотвращения выхода полученной от источника энергии из устройства, если его положение вызывает облучение не только кожи.
24. Устройство по п.23, в котором предохранитель содержит контактирующую с кожей часть.
25. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее фоточувствительное окно, через которое проходит энергия для падения на кожу,
при этом фоточувствительное окно показывает, когда требуется его замена.
26. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее средство прохода по поверхности, сообщающееся с корпусом, окружающим часть источника, причем средство прохода по поверхности выполнено с возможностью индикации прохода по конкретным частям поверхности.
27. Устройство по п.26, в котором средство прохода по поверхности представляет собой пластину, имеющую кромку, расположенную рядом с выходным окном и оптически связанную с источником.
28. Устройство по п.27, в котором размер кромки по существу равен длине линии сканирования, проецируемой из источника.
29. Способ воздействия на участок кожи, заключающийся в том, что
генерируют энергетическое пятно малого размера, падающее на кожу, для доставки заданного количества энергии на заданную глубину для воздействия на участок кожи,
сканируют пятно малого размера на участке кожи, предназначенном для воздействия, и
перемещают сканирующее пятно по участку кожи, предназначенному для воздействия, множество раз.
30. Способ по п.29, в котором дополнительно обеспечивают индикацию участков кожи, подвергающихся воздействию.
31. Способ по п.30, в котором при индикации удаляют композицию на коже.
