Claims (7)
1. Способ изготовления комбинированных конструктивных элементов, состоящих из металлов и полимеров, отличающийся тем, что металлы соединяют с полимерами посредством клеев-расплавов на основе сополиамида.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что металлы соединяют с полимерами посредством клеев-расплавов на основе сополиамида, содержащих дополнительно изоцианат и эпоксид.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что используют сополиамид на основе лауринлактама.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что клей-расплав содержит от 2,5 до 15% блокированного изоцианата и от 2,5 до 10% эпоксида.
5. Способ по одному из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что на металл по всей поверхности или частично наносят покрытие клеем-расплавом из электростатического пистолета-распылителя или посредством соответствующей лаковой системы и спекают при 150°С в течение около 150 с.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что после спекания комбинированный конструктивный элемент пропускают через KTL-печь для лакирования.
7. Применение изготовленного по одному из пп.1-6 комбинированного конструктивного элемента для использования в автомобилестроении или самолетостроении.
