Description
− X1038−P1:60%のラウリンラクタム+25%のカプロラクタム+15%のAH塩(50%のアジピン酸と50%のヘキサメチレンジアミンとからなる混合物)
− X1316−P1:95%のVESTAMELT X1038−P1+5%のVESTAGON BF1540−P1
− X1333−P1:95%のVESTAMELT X1038−P1+5%のVESTAGON BF1540−P1+5%のAraldite GT7004
該方法は、金属異形材をまずコポリアミド−溶融接着剤で全面に又は部分的に静電スプレーガンもしくは好適な塗装装置により被覆し、そして引き続き約150℃で約120〜300秒、好ましくは約150秒の時間にわたり加熱して、接着剤を溶融させるという点で際だっている。最終工程として、ポリマー構造を射出成形技術によって注入する。この構造形成している部材を次いでKTL炉に導通させて塗装する。KTL塗装は、約190℃で約30分の時間にわたり行われる。
Claims (6)
- 金属とポリマーとからなるハイブリッド部材の製造方法において、金属とポリマーとを、コポリアミドを基礎とする溶融接着剤によって結合させること、及び、当該溶融接着剤として、ラウリンラクタムを基礎とするコポリアミドを使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、金属とポリマーとを、コポリアミドを基礎とし、付加的にイソシアネートとエポキシドとを含有する溶融接着剤によって結合させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の方法において、溶融接着剤が、2.5〜15%のブロックイソシアネートと2.5〜10%のエポキシドを含有することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法において、金属を、溶融接着剤で全面に又は部分的に静電スプレーガンによって、あるいは塗装装置により被覆し、そして150℃で約150秒間焼結させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項3記載の方法において、ハイブリッド部材を引き続きKTL炉に導通して塗装することを特徴とする方法。
- 車両構造又は飛行機構造で使用するための、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造されるハイブリッド部材。
