Claims (6)

1. Способ получения полиэфирполиуретановых дисперсий, отличающийся тем, что
i) один или несколько полиольных компонентов i) со средней молекулярной массой, по меньшей мере, 300 Да, причем, по меньшей мере, один из полиольных компонентов является сложным олигоэфирполиолом более чем на 60 мас.% состоящим из сложного олигоэфирполиола на основе ароматических поликарбоновых кислот,
ii) при необходимости, один или несколько полиольных компонентов со средней молекулярной массой от 62 до 299 Да,
iii) при необходимости, соединение, монофункционально реагирующее с изоцианатами, содержащее, по меньшей мере, 50 мас.% этиленоксидных структурных единиц и имеющее молекулярную массу, по меньшей мере, 400 Да,
взаимодействуют с
iv) полиизоцианатом,
с образованием форполимера, который растворяют в органическом растворителе и подвергают взаимодействию с
v) одним или несколькими алифатическими полиаминами с молекулярной массой от 50 до 300 Да или гидразином и
vi) гидрофилизованным алифатическим диамином,
после чего путем добавления воды осаждают дисперсию и удаляют органический растворитель.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание сложного олигоэфирполиола на основе ароматических поликарбоновых кислот составляет более 60 мас.%.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что содержание групп ароматических карбоновых кислот в пересчете на общее количество групп карбоновых кислот в полиольном компоненте i), используемых для получения полиэфирного компонента, составляет, по меньшей мере, 70 мол.%.
4. Способ по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что содержание групп ароматических карбоновых кислот в пересчете на общее количество групп карбоновых кислот в полиольном компоненте i), используемых для получения полиэфирного компонента, составляет, по меньшей мере, 80 мол.%.
5. Средство для покрытий, содержащее
A) от 15 до 45 мас.ч. водной полиэфирполиуретановой дисперсии по п.6,
B) от 15 до 45 мас.ч. водного или водоразбавляемого связующего с гидроксильными функциональными группами,
C) от 0 до 60 мас.ч. неорганического наполнителя и/или матирующего средства,
D) от 1 до 60 мас.ч. полиизоцианата,
Е) от 0,1 до 30 мас.ч. пигментов и
F) от 1 до 15 мас.ч. обычных добавок к лаку,
причем сумма указанных компонентов составляет 100.
6. Система лакового покрытия, содержащая основу и один или несколько лаковых слоев, отличающаяся тем, что, по меньшей мере, один из лаковых слоев содержит полиэфирполиуретановую дисперсию по одному из пп.1-4.
