Abstract
Способ лечения косолапости с внутренней торсией костей голени у детей с 3-летнего возраста, включающий рассечение мышцы, отводящей первый палец стопы, подошвенного апоневроза, удлинение сухожилий ахил-лова, общего сгибателя пальцев и длинного сгибателя первого пальца, задней большеберцовой мышцы, капсулотомии голеностопного, подтаранного, таранно-ладьевидного, ладьевидно-клиновидного и плюсне-клиновидного суставов, отличающийся тем, что производится отсечение сухожилия передней большеберцовой мышцы у перехода на подошвенную поверхность и перемещение ее на вторую клиновидную кость, выполняется поперечная остеотомия малоберцовой и большеберцовой костей в области дистального мета-физа, ротация их до анатомически правильного соотношения мыщелков бедра и лодыжек, вправление таранной кости в вилку голеностопного сустава, укорочение сухожилий малоберцовых мышц и фиксация голени и стопы компрессионно-дистракционным аппаратом.A method of treating clubfoot with internal torsion of the leg bones in children from 3 years of age, including dissection of the muscle that removes the first toe, plantar aponeurosis, lengthening of the Achilles tendon, common flexor of the fingers and long flexor of the first finger, posterior tibial muscle, ankle capsulotomy, subtalar, talus-navicular, scaphoid-sphenoid and metatarsal-sphenoid joints, characterized in that the tendon of the anterior tibial muscle is cut off at the transition to the plantar surface stomata and moving it to the second sphenoid bone, transverse osteotomy of the fibula and tibia in the distal metaphysician is performed, their rotation to the anatomically correct ratio of the condyles of the thigh and ankles, reduction of the talus into the fork of the ankle joint, shortening of the tendons and fins of the fibula foot compression and distraction apparatus.
