Claims (12)
1. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью,
включающий
нетканый слой с петельками из нетканого полотна, состоящий из волокон, сформованных из термопластичных полимеров, сополимеров или смесей; и
ориентированного пленочного слоя, приклеенного к слою с петельками; при этом на композите имеются склеенные участки и не склеенные участки, и пленка сориентированной, по меньшей мере, между склеенными участками, несклеенные участки образуют аркообразные возвышения.
2. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.1, отличающийся тем, что базовая масса нетканого слоя составляет от 10 до 100 г/м2.
3. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.2, отличающийся тем, что высота нетканого слоя в направлении оси z, от подложки, по меньшей мере, 0,1 мм, и аркообразные возвышения занимают от 20 до 99 процентов композита.
4. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.2, отличающийся тем, что нетканый слой сформован с применением, по крайней мере, 10 процентов от общей массы термопластичных склеенных волокон.
5. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что нетканый слой сформован с применением, по крайней мере, 20 процентов от общей массы термопластичных склеенных волокон.
6. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.5, отличающийся тем, что подложечный слой сориентирован, по крайней мере, в одном направлении и представляет собой слой неэластичного термопласта с прочностью на растяжение по крайней мере в одном из направлений равной от 0,5 до 3.0 кг/см.
7. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.5, отличающийся тем, что подложечный слой сориентирован, по крайней мере, в двух направлениях и представляет собой слой неэластичного термопласта с прочностью на растяжение, по крайней мере, в одном из направлений равной от 0,5 до 3.0 кг/см.
8. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.6 или 7, отличающийся тем, что базовая масса подложечного слоя составляет от 15 до 150 г/м2, а базовая масса нетканого слоя от 15 до 50 г/м2; при этом диаметр волокон, из которых сформован нетканый слой, в основном составляют от 1 до 50 мкм, а базовая масса композита от 30 до 300 г/м2.
9. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.8, отличающийся тем, что базовая масса композита составляет от 20 до 50 г/м2, а базовая масса нетканого слоя от 40 до 100 г/м2
10. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.6, или 7, или 9, отличающийся тем, что аркообразные возвышения занимают от 50 до 95 процентов площади поперечного сечения композита и при этом от 99,5 до 50 процентов площади поверхности нетканого волокнистого слоя в композите не склеены.
11. Композитный материал с петлистой поверхностью по п.6, или 7, или 9, отличающийся тем, что высота оси z составляет от 0,1 мм до 3,0 мм.
12. Способ формования композита с петлистой поверхностью (1) исходный - первый лист эластичного нетканого материала (напр. нетканого полотна из натуральных и/или полимерных волокон и/или нитей); (2) формование первого листа из эластичного нетканого материала для получения аркообразных участков, выступающих в одном и том же направлении из разнесенных на расстояние фиксирующих участков первого листа эластичного нетканого материала; (3) экструдирование листа термопластичного материала, неэластичного (например, полиэстров, полиолефинов, нейлонов, полистиролов) на первый лист эластичного материала с петлистой поверхностью; (4) нанесение пленочного термопласта в еще расплавленном состоянии, по крайней мере, на разнесенные на некоторое расстояние друг от друга фиксирующие участки первого листа эластичного нетканого материала для приклеивания экструдированного листа термопластичной пленки; и (5) ориентирование приклеиваемого способом экструзии композита из нетканого полотна, по крайней мере, в продольном направлении листа и за счет этого общее ориентирование листа и уменьшение высоты аркообразных участков нетканого материала.
