제1도는 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료의 제조 공정에 관한 예시적인 개략도이다.

Claims (23)

  1. 적어도 1개의 탄성 시이트에 인장력을 가해서 이를 신장시키고, 탄성 시이트의 신장 상태를 유지시키면서, 섬유상 재료가 탄성 시이트로부터 돌출되도록 섬유상 재료를 부착시켜 파일을 만든 다음, 인장력을 제거함으로써, 탄성 시이트의 회복에 의해 섬유상 재료가 서로 밀착되는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 고파밀 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가 탄성 시이트중으로 삽입됨으로써 부착되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가 탄성 시이트상에 접착됨으로써 부착되는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가, 기게적 니들방법, 스티치본딩법 및 터프팅법으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 방법에 의해 탄성 시이트 중으로 삽입되는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가, 플록킹법에 의해 탄성 시이트 상에 접착되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성 시이트가 적어도 약 15% 이상 신장되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가 탄성 시이트로부터 적어도 약 1㎜이상 돌출되는 방법.
  8. 적어도 1개의 탄성 시이트 및 탄성 시이트로부터 돌출되어 파일을 형성하는 비탄성 섬유상 재료로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 탄성 시이트가, 탄성 폴리에스테르, 탄성 폴리우레탄, 탄성 폴리아미드, 에틸렌과 적어도 1개의 비닐 모노머와의 탄성 코폴리머, 및 탄성 A-B-A´블록 코폴리머(여기서 A및 A´는 서로 동일하거나 상이한 열가소성 폴리머이고, B는 엘라스토머성 폴리머 블록임)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 탄성 폴리머로 구성되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 탄성 시이트가 탄성 부직웹인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 탄성 부직웹이 멜트블로운 섬유로된 웹, 스펀본디드 웹 및 본디드-카디드 웹으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유가 멜트블로운 세섬유인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성재료.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 탄성 시이트가 감압 엘라스토머성 접착 시이트인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 감압 엘라스토머성 접착 시이트가 엘라스토머성 폴리머와 점착성 부여 수지와의 혼합물로 제조되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 혼합물이 또한 폴리올레핀을 포함하는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  16. 재10항에 있어서, 탄성 부작웹이, 멜트블로운 섬유와 목재 펄프, 스테이플 섬유, 미립자 및 초흡수성 입자로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상 다른 재료와의 혼합물로 이루어지는 복합체 웹인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합탄성 재료.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 멜트블로운 섬유가 멜트블로운 세섬유인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  18. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유상 재료가 천연 섬유, 인종 섬유, 얀(yarn), 모노필라멘트 스트랜드 및 멀티필라멘트 스트랜드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 천연 섬유가 면 섬유, 펄프 섬유 및 양모로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 인조 섬유가 재구성된 셀룰로오스 섬유 및 합성 폴리머 섬유로부터 선택되는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 합성 폴리머 섬유가 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 폴리머로 이루어지는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리에틸렌 코폴리머, 폴리프로필렌 코폴리머 및 폴리부틸렌 코폴리머로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것인, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
  23. 멜트블로운 섬유로된 적어도 1개의 탄성 부재웹 및 탄성 멜트블로운 섬유중의 부직웹으로부터 돌출되어 파일을 형성하는 비탄성 섬유상 재료로 이루어지며, 이완된 길이의 적어도 200% 길이까지 신장될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 고파일 밀도를 갖는 복합 탄성 재료.
