Claims (25)
1. Очищающая и многофункциональная покрывающая композиция для обработки поверхности, содержащая
катионное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония, которое способно связываться с указанной поверхностью и
перекись водорода в водной среде, причем указанные компоненты находятся в эффективных количествах для очищения указанной поверхности и для связывания многофункционального покрытия на указанной поверхности с приданием ей тем самым (а) водо- и грязеотталкивающих и (b) антимикробных свойств.
2. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное четвертичное соединение имеет С10-С22 насыщенную или ненасыщенную углеводородную группу.
3. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное четвертичное соединение присутствует в количестве до примерно 3% по весу, а указанная перекись водорода присутствует в количестве до примерно 8% по весу.
4. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное четвертичное соединение присутствует в количестве до примерно 1% по весу, а указанная перекись водорода присутствует в количестве от примерно 3 до примерно 6% по весу.
5. Композиция по п.1, которая дополнительно содержит растворитель, выбранный из группы спирта, полиола, гликолевого простого эфира и их смеси.
6. Композиция по п.5, в которой полиол или спирт является гликолем, монометиловым эфиром пропиленгликоля, метанолом, этанолом или изопропанолом.
7. Композиция по п.1, в которой водная среда является кислой.
8. Композиция по п.7, причем рН составляет порядка от примерно 2 до примерно 5.
9. Композиция по п.1, причем водная среда является деионизированной водой.
10. Композиция по п.1, в которой указанное четвертичное соединение описывается формулой
где R1=водород и/или С1-С4 алкил; R2=двухвалентный углеводородный радикал с С1-С8 атомами углерода, R3=водород или С1-С4 алкил; R4=водород или С1-С10 алкил; R5=С10-С22 насыщенный или ненасыщенный углеводородный радикал и Х=галогенид, карбоксилат, сульфонат, гидроксид, сульфат или фосфат.
11. Очищающая и многофункциональная покрывающая композиция для обработки поверхности, содержащая катионное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония, которое способно связываться с указанной поверхностью, в количестве до примерно 3% по весу, описываемое формулой
где R1=водород и/или С1-С4 алкил; R2=двухвалентный углеводородный радикал с С1-С8 атомами углерода, R3=водород или С1-С4 алкил; R4=водород или С1-С10 алкил; R5=С10-С22 насыщенный или ненасыщенный углеводородный радикал и Х=галогенид, карбоксилат, сульфонат, гидроксид, сульфат или фосфат
и перекись водорода в количестве до примерно 8% по весу в кислой деионизированной водной среде, причем указанные компоненты находятся в эффективных количествах для очистки указанной поверхности и для связывания многофункционального покрытия на указанной поверхности с приданием ей тем самым (а) водо- и грязеотталкивающих и (b) антимикробных свойств.
12. Композиция по п.11, причем рН кислой среды составляет от примерно 2 до примерно 5.
13. Композиция по п.11, которая дополнительно содержит растворитель, выбранный из группы спирта, полиола, гликолевого простого эфира и их смесей.
14. Композиция по п.11, которая дополнительно содержит спирт, выбранный из группы, состоящей из метанола, этанола и изопропанола.
15. Композиция по п.11, в которой указанное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония выбрано из группы, состоящей из
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдиметилоктадециламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдидециламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилтетрадецилдиметиламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдиметилсоиаммония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдиметилолеиламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилоктадециламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилолеиламмония хлорида и
3-(тригидроксисилил)пропилдиметилоктадециламмония хлорида.
16. Композиция по п.11, в которой органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония является 3-(триметоксисилил)диметилоктадециламмония хлоридом в количестве от примерно 0,4 до примерно 0,7% по весу, и перекись водорода находится в количестве примерно 3% по весу.
17. Способ очистки поверхности и получения на ней многофункционального покрытия, включающий
нанесение на поверхность композиции, содержащей катионное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония, которое способно связываться с указанной поверхностью, и перекись водорода в водной среде,
формирование чистого, грязе- и водоотталкивающего и антимикробного покрытия, связанного с указанной поверхностью.
18. Способ по п.17, в котором композицию наносят в виде жидкости на загрязненную поверхность, удаляя грязь с поверхности и формируя чистое, грязе- и водоотталкивающее и антимикробное покрытие, связанное с указанной поверхностью.
19. Способ по п.18, в котором указанное загрязнение стирают с указанной поверхности, формируя тем самым указанное чистое, грязе- и водоотталкивающее и антимикробное покрытие, связанное с указанной поверхностью.
20. Способ по п.17, в котором указанная композиция содержит катионное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония, которое способно связываться с указанной поверхностью, в количестве до примерно 3% по весу, описываемое формулой
где R1=водород и/или С1-С4 алкил; R2=двухвалентный углеводородный радикал с С1-С8 атомами углерода, R3=водород или С1-С4 алкил; R4=водород или С1-С10 алкил; R5=С10-С22 насыщенный или ненасыщенный углеводородный радикал и Х=галогенид, карбоксилат, сульфонат, гидроксид, сульфат или фосфат
и перекись водорода в количестве до примерно 8% по весу в кислой деионизированной водной среде, причем указанные компоненты в эффективных количествах для очистки указанной поверхности и для связывания многофункционального покрытия на указанной поверхности с приданием ей тем самым (а) водо- и грязеотталкивающих и (b) антимикробных свойств.
21. Способ по п.20, причем кислая среда имеет рН от примерно 2 до примерно 5.
22. Способ по п.20, в котором дополнительно содержится спирт, выбранный из группы состоящей из метанола, этанола и изопропанола.
23. Способ по п.22, в котором указанное органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония выбрано из группы, состоящей из
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдиметилоктадециламмония хлорида,
3-(триметоксисилил)пропилдидециламмония хлорида,

24. Способ по п.17, в котором органосилановое соединение четвертичного аммония является 3-(триметоксисилил)диметилоктадециламмония хлоридом в количестве от примерно 0,4 до примерно 0,7% по весу, и перекись водорода находится в количестве примерно 3% по весу.

Способ по п.17, причем поверхность выбрана из группы, состоящей из металлических, стеклянных, пластиковых, каучуковых, фарфоровых, керамических, мраморных, гранитных, цементных, кафельных, гравийных, кварцевых, эмалированного оборудования, полиуретановых, полиэфирных, полиакриловых, из меламин/фенольных смол, поликарбонатных, кремнистых, окрашенных и деревянных поверхностей.
