Claims (15)

1. Износостойкие частицы, заключенные в оболочку из промотора адгезии, который предпочтительно высушен.
2. Износостойкие частицы по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что они имеют диаметр от 50 до 200 мкм, а предпочтительно от 90 до 130 мкм.
3. Износостойкие частицы по п.1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что они заключены в оболочку из силанового промотора адгезии, а предпочтительно из амино-силанового промотора адгезии.
4. Износостойкие частицы по п.1 или 2, отличающиеся тем, что они состоят из карбида кремния, а предпочтительно из оксида алюминия, а наиболее предпочтительно из корунда.
5. Способ изготовления износостойких частиц, заявленных в любом из предшествующих пунктов, при котором износостойкие частицы снабжают жидкостью, полностью или в основном состоящей из промотора адгезии.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что снабженные жидкостью износостойкие частицы (1) высушивают.
7. Способ изготовления бумаги с износостойкой поверхностью, в котором бумагу пропитывают смолой, износостойкие частицы (1), заявленные в любом из пп.1-4 рассеивают по бумаге, и отверждают смолу (11), причем предпочтительно путем спрессовывания с другой импрегнированной бумагой (10) или с волокнами и смолой при подводе тепла.
8. Бумага, изготовленная способом, заявленным в п.7, имеющая плотность от 20 до 200 г/м2, предпочтительно до 60 г/м2, а особенно предпочтительно от 25 до 40 г/м2, причем внутри бумага наполнена, предпочтительно, акрилатом или дисперсией, содержащей акрилат.
9. Бумага по п.8, в частности декоративная бумага (7), отличающаяся тем, что она спрессована с оверлеем (10) или волокнами, причем износостойкие частицы (1) располагаются между бумагой (7) и оверлеем (10) или волокнами.
10. Бумага по п.8 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что износостойкие частицы (1) лежат в одной плоскости.
11. Бумага (7) по п.8 или 9, отличающаяся тем, что она пропитана смесью смол, содержащей аминовую смолу и еще одну, предпочтительно карбамидную, смолу, и снабжена декоративным рисунком, причем бумага предпочтительно спрессовывается с оверлеем (10) или волокнами, причем оверлей (10) или волокна пропитаны чистой аминовой смолой.
12. Ламинатная панель с бумагой, заявленной в любом из пп.8-11, причем бумага (12) нанесена на базовую плиту (13), в особенности выполненную из древесного материала, например, древесно-волокнистой плиты высокой или средней плотности, а обратная сторона базовой плиты (13) покрыта стабилизирующей подложкой (14), в особенности с плотностью 20-60 г/м2.
13. Ламинатная панель по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена выполненными с боков соединительными элементами (15, 16) в виде паза и гребня, а также в особенности с другими соединительными элементами, так что две ламинатные панели могут соединяться между собой с геометрическим замыканием, как перпендикулярно к поверхности панели, так и параллельно поверхности панели.
14. Ламинатная панель по п.12 или 13, отличающаяся тем, что стабилизирующая подложка (14) пропитана карбамидной смолой.
15. Устройство для изготовления бумаги, заявленной в любом из пп.8-11, со средствами для рассеивания износостойких частиц по бумаге, в частности содержащими вращающийся валик (2) с углублениями и расположенную рядом с валиком щетку (5), которая установлена так, что может выметать частицы из углублений, и со средствами (8, 9, 8', 9'), с помощью которых бумажное полотно может перемещаться вдоль под валиком.
